Printing is fine, too slow for copy & scan

Works well enough to print- and the ink tanks are a benefit. But the copy and scanning leaves a lot to be desired. It’s entirely too time consuming and requires too many work arounds for the price. Difficult to make multiple page copies or scans with clarity, otherwise the file size is too large for most email platforms. Frustrating. Returning to get a work force Epson that has a feeder tray for scans and copies.

It’s a great printer for what I need. So far I’ve printed quite a few documents in black and white along with a lot of photos as well. All the ink that comes with the printer has been poured in and it looks like it hasn’t moved since! I’m glad my old printer died on me!
It is a little loud and that even on quiet mode. But the performer and speed outweigh the noise. It’s also a little fragile at the bottom and I have to frequently slide it back and forth on the desk. It’s not smooth at all. The paper catcher trays make noise and are loose when sliding.

Works great and is very easy to set up and use. Great colors and works very well for sublimation projects with the right ink. I do believe that this voids the warranty though if you change the ink. Good price for what I wanted.

I love this printer, so easy to use and full the ink. I use it for sublimation, but it's still
fantastic. Sometimes I get lines on my print, not sure why. I may need to upgrade, because I don't like troubleshooting things I shouldn't need to. It's still fairly new. Overall, I do like the product, need some tweaking.

Excellent printer. But since it's only wireless, it limits the possibilities for those without internet access. A USB cable for the printer is still useful so everyone can use it.

I love this printer! I bought it to use for sublimation and it works perfectly! Easy to set up on my network. I can print from my computer, iPad or iPhone. Crisp vibrant colors. Highly recommend!!

Bought this item for the wife to use for infuseable ink for printing things to go on mugs, TShirts, and other crafts. It was easy to set up and wirelessy connect to her MS Surface. It prints fast and with great quality

Total Failure, EPSON is joking with this product. Let me explain:
1) The scanner doesn't work out of the box, and the screen gives error code 100016, which doesn't exist in the manual or any piece of documentation. By the way, the documentation is on the EPSON support website.
2) This error doesn't allow the printer to be configured from the computer, so I had to (forcefully) use the app. It took me two attempts to complete the process but I accomplished printing a test page, even with the scanner error still on the screen.
3) Even while using the app, I had to download all the software from the EPSON website. It asked for a firmware update, which took three attempts to install since it interrupted itself two times at different points of progress.
4) Updating the firmware didn't solve the scanner issue, which renders the printer unusable from the setup screen since it blocks access to the commands/options section.
5) I looked online for information about the error code and sure enough, I found out it's very common for this model. It requires opening the printer to access internal parts and re-insert a gear that gets easily out of place (the scanner can't move).
6) Fun fact: NONE of the more than 3000 reviews or 500 questions at the Best Buy website mention this error. I don't think it's a coincidence, no wonder it has a 4.5 star rating.
A waste of time and money, I ended up printing at Office Depot paying premium price per page. The printer is going back to Best Buy tomorrow.

This printer works extremely well! I decided to use it for sublimation and it works wonderfully. The printer has awesome troubleshooting features built in. For example, if you get a paper jam the printer software tells you exactly how to get the paper out. This printer was a little pricy but definitely worth it! 10/10 would 100% recommended
In the photo I included an example of a piece i sublimated.

I love this printer. I was using an hp printer for several years, but as I took on more projects that required heavy duty printing, it just wasn't up to the job. I did a lot of research and selected this printer. It's up to any task I've thrown at it thus far. Plus I love the "supertanks" and its impact on the environment. My only "niggle" on the printer is that I have to go through the app on my phone to print versus my desktop. It adds a step but again the result is worth it.

I have three of these printers. I use one for printing and the other two for crafting. I really enjoy the quality of the prints. I enjoy that I can print from any of my devices. I would strongly recommend this printer.

Our printer died and we needed something fast. I knew we wanted an eco-tank model for ink instead of cartridges so we took a shot on this one. The screen interface is tiny but you manage everything through an app on your phone so that's not really hindrance.
