Set up was relatively easy. They have an app to download and just follow it. We had problem setting up the scanning function. They also got rid of the mandatory use of HP ink. Our previous HP had a small video screen you could use to manage various functions.

Like the liquid ink as opposed to cartridges and the time frame of usage; good quality images; Printing from the top screen is confusing with placement of images and the sequence of buttons for printing from the top is confusing. Printed instructions should be provided.

So far, so good! Epson's directions, both written and online were precise and easy. It's so lightweight! Had a little problem at first with some paper jams, but I had cheaper paper. After I got going on a large printing project, it was fine. I've been wanting a wireless printer for a long time. This is my first Epsom printer. I researched in in Consumer Reports before buying it. Very pleased with it.

Its a very nice printer. The only downside is there are no instructions for what the buttons on the front are for. Not everyone needing a printer is in their 30's. So.e of us are over 60.

The ET-2980 is a great printer. Ink usage is half of what my old printer used. I really like the automatic closing of the paper tray. It is used in my everyday printing work and so far is very reliable. I have recommended it to several people already.

We purchased this Epson Ecotank specifically for sublimation printing. It’s easy to convert, simple to set up. Walked you right through how to set up and test. Must buy sublimation ink however. I have a Ecotank for normal printing and this setup. Wouldn’t use anything else

Best ink machine ever! I teach Kindergarten and we print a lot of materials. I printed over 25K copies and only used 1.5 bottles of in in a YEAR!

I’m extremely happy with my new Epson - EcoTank ET-2980. I was so glad to part ways with my HP printer (don’t like HP products). Now I have a printer that actually prints when I need it to. So far Epson has been great!

Needed to replace a Brother B/W Laser printer at home; first Epson, and its performing GREAT so far. Went with color cartridges and I’m not disappointed in the choice. Very easy to unbox and install/setup. Very well made with efficient processes for printing, copying, scanning. Love this product.

Great printer. I’m glad I made a purchase. Print quality is very good. It doesn’t have an internal tray to store paper, which is good for me. My old printer had paper jam problems with internal tray. Looking forward to see how many pages can be printed with current toners.

Awesome printer, no complaints. Nice change from using inkjet cartridges and the print quality seems to be much better. We use it to print out activities for our 3 year old.

This is an upgrade on a previous model, and I am enjoying the improvements: improved paper feed, faster printing, and less paper jamming, and I am able to use my former 502 ink bottles as well.
