It is a good printer, but the scanner is not easy to use. I like the supertank but I have not had it long enough to appreciate the lower cost yet.

Easy to set up!! I've been using Cannons for years but my last one died after 1 year, so time to switch it up. I like the EcoTank feature. I hope it lasts longer than the Cannon.

Great printer makes great copies and very reliable, great colors, good copies and wireless. Easy to install, and Color Supertank inkjet Printer.

Great printer and easy to setup and use. I did have to go into Best Buy to upgrade the drivers on my laptop. It took the tech 5 minutes to do that. Took the printer and laptop home, followed the instructions on the app that the tech told me to, and connected the printer to my laptop, and everything works great. Love those Geek Squad folks. They are so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with someone like me who at age 73 is not great with all the new technology.

quality of printing is most satisfactory. Good to have a supply of ink for your projects

The printer works great very easy to set up little bit bigger than the last one.

This printer is very efficient in terms of ink usage. We had a hp printer and the ink didn't last nearly as long. The print quality is not as good but it serves our purposes.

The printer works great. During unpacking I had an issue. I tried to call Epson. Was disconnected. Next person I talked with was going to call back and then I tried to call her. No suggest. I then went to Best Buy store, talked with Geek Squad and they had answered my question.

Easy set up, easy ink fill, looking forward to not having to replace ink cartridges every time I turn around.

Good printer, good colors and clearality, good product for the value

Printer works great. It has great b&w/color quality. It was easy to set up and prints very fast. Already like it better than my old ink jet.

Have this same style printer at home and since had to return the HP printer for not connecting to our wifi, we purchased this for church. Seems to be doing fine.

So far this is wonderful. Great to be able to fill the tanks myself and no more ink cartridges, which are sooo expensive and don't last long.

We love our new all in one! Its so fast and easy to work.

Initially, the printer didn't work without rebooting the router and printer. A Geek Squad tech said I had redundant eero wi-fi networks that were confusing the printer. Once he disconnected the redundant network transmitter, the printer worked fine. He suggested hard wiring the printer, if problems persisted. The printer continued to go off-line, so I connected it to the router using an ethernet cable. That seems to have solved the problem.

My first Epson printer and it seems to print/copy as well as my old HP. I like not having to buy cartridges so frequently.
