Poorly Designed

The design of this printer is very poor. You need to be able to access both sides of it in order to use it. The paper tray and ink well are on the front, but it pushes the printed paper toward the back and the raised scan bed is silly.

Need Epson Support

Epson ET-M2170 I followed start here document #1 unpack #2 fill in tank & charge the ink - but got stuck in #2 item 10 selected language and pressed ok - kept getting error message “E-01 Printer error. Contact Epson Support. Non-printing features are available. 000041”. I checked multiple times and still kept getting the same error message. I’m thinking of returning if I can’t get this resolved. Did I receive a defective product?
