The print quality is great. The feeder is good, no off-center print or jamming even when using card stock. I love that you can choose to only print black and white when color ink is running low. Set up was relatively easy. The print from cell phone app doesn't seem to work, however I am able to print from all other devices wirelessly. And, I can email print jobs to the printer. Also, doesn't take up a lot of desk space. Happy with this purchase.

It’s a good printer for the price level. It was easy to set up. It does use up the ink pretty fast but luckily it isn’t very expensive. It was easy to set up as a wireless printer.

We were looking for a small and inexpensive copier that also scans.
We found this unit on sale. The replacement ink costs more that the initial cost of the printer tho. We have it hooked wirelessly and it works great. Setup for very easy. We are very please with the print quality both black and white and color.

So far so good! Prints great! Super easy set up! My kids were impressed that they didn't have to come over & do it for me. Prints off my phone & I pad, which is a must for me. I use the copier a lot, which works great. Great printer for the price.

I needed a printer/scanner ASAP for my son's homeschooling due to the COVID-19 shutdown and did not want to spend too much. So far this thing works great. It's nice and compact, was fairly easy to set up on my network, and the print/scan quality are great. The only negative is that the scan process is fairly slow per page, but that's not that important for what I use it for. I also saw that the print cartridges are reasonably priced compared to other printers, so if you need a low cost printer/scanner/copier that works well, this is a good choice.

Gifted for someone, because I own a different Epson printer, so the brand is remarkable on many ways; low cost on ink, life span, in depth printing, easy functionality compared to other printers, etc... in addition to other printers, it's so light and compact (doesn't take up to much space). These all in one printer's definitely get the home essential job done.

This printer is very reliable. It prints, copies, and scans all by wifi. No USB cord required. It is compact which is perfect for our RV. The scanner works so easily that we are going to recycle our large stand alone Epson scanner as this combo printer makes it not necessary.
It took awhile to set up but that might have been my capability not the printer.
Would definitely recommend this printer for personal use when space is limited. Not sure how long the ink will last but we only use it for infrequent printing.
We purchased this to replace an older Epson printer as it was on sale and cost less than buying ink for our old one.

We love this printer! It’s not super bulky, the screen and tray close when not in use, and printing is a breeze (we use mobile printing A LOT and connecting the printer to WiFi was really easy!) We use it to print half sheet usps shipping labels and have printed lots and there’s still plenty of ink left in the original cartridges. Researched the replacement ink before purchasing the printer and it seems fairly reasonable compared to others. Not much more to say - highly recommend this printer!

I bought this Epsom all in one printer to assist both my kindergartener and 7th grader with their remote learning. I love the WiFi capability. I can print from my phone or the kids Chromebook! The only real downside so far is that the ink comes in 4 separate cartridges. Black, magenta, teal, and yellow. Gets kinda expensive with the colors, but the black is reasonably priced. Overall it was easy to set up and install and is super easy to use and access!

Excellent printer. Finally moved away from HPs after replacing three in 8 years and numerous connection and ink issues.
This Epson setup in minutes, connected flawlessly, and prints very efficiently. The double sided feature is incredible for a mid-tier household printer.
It is pretty hungry for ink. The initial cartridge it comes with is just enough for the initial setup and a few pages afterward. A replacement pack has lasted us on a few more months of black and white printing.

I've only had printer set up for a couple of weeks for home use. I set it up with no problem and directions were easy to follow. It connected to internet and WiFi with no problem. Print is good and so is copying. I have not had occasion to use scanner yet. This is my 2nd Epson all-in-one. Had my previous one for 11 years but then it quit. Good product and Epson support is helpful when needed.

I'm a senior, not at all techy, and did have difficulty setting this up--but that's probably more me than the laptop. I think I went about it "backwards" or something. I didn't understand some of the written enclosed materials re setup. I like it better when a manual is enclosed, but what can I say--just old! Now that it's set up, I'm still learning. I cannot print Draft because it's too light, so I don't like that. I did find Grayscale, so can save color, hopefully. Like the faster speed than my Canon. Once I figured out how to load the ink, that's easier than the Canon. Figured out duplexing yesterday, which was really nice.
In the store, Antonio was very helpful when I was purchasing, but he was decades younger than me and it's a lot different for people who just grew up with this stuff than those of us who grew up with manual typewriters, etc. I didn't even have a Smart phone until late last year and still struggle with it. Do like the Best Buy staff, though, as they don't work on commission and are generally always very helpful and pleasant, as was Antonio.

Prior to purchasing this printer I owned a Epson Artison 710 which I had used for almost a decade. It was one of my favorite office devices as it always worked and printed crystal clean images regardless of the paperstock used. After ink became more and more increasingly hard to find, I set out to purchase a newer printer with more common cartridges. Of my options I felt staying with Epson was my best bet as I had only terrible experiences with HP printers and Canon's were out of my price range.
Luckily for me then this printer was the one I choose and it is more than a suitable replacement for my previous one.
The quality of the prints are inline with professional photography work and the tools/ built-in software make it easier to adjust for changes in dpi for finer or more constricted images.
A plus to this is the wifi host which allows multiple users to download the Epson software and connect to it with a single router. I found this means that my family is using it more often without restraint, but as the ink cartridges have yet to die with the amount of use, it is more than a fair trade.
My only concern then is the 'flap panels' used to hide various parts of the printer such as paper slots and hold tray as they feel flimsy and 'sticky' like they might snap if one is not careful with them.
Overall though, the printer quality is what I've come to expect from Epson and for the price is more than great for this unit. If taken care of, I imagine this unit will live in our office for a decade like our previous unit.

My old Epson wasn’t cutting it any longer and instead of continuing to waste money on new cartridges and other constant maintenance, decided to give this one a shot. I was “this close” to moving over to HP and trying out one of their $100-$150 printers, but thought I’d stick with Epson again.
If you’re familiar with Epson interfaces and technology inside their wifi/wireless printers, this is an easy printer to unpack, set up, attach to your network, and off you go. Took me 15-20 minutes from opening the box, removing the packing tape (this printer is very well and safely packaged, btw), installing the ink cartridges, putting on my home network, doing a firmware update, and then printing a test.
I’ve used it a handful of times to print black and white paper, and the one test page that used color ink. I wasn’t looking for anything that’ll be used too often and that comes with an endless list of bells and whistles. I needed a compact, affordable all-in-one printer that’ll print docs a handful of times per year, and scan when I need it to. So far so good. Can’t get much better for $100.

This is my first Epson Printer. It was recommended by my aging sister and several of her friends; I am glad I chose it; affordable; it has been reliable; is easy to understand workings, excellent readability of screen that can be flipped up to allow me to read selections/directions without craning neck; very attractive design; smaller in size which makes it nice for sitting out on a desk; functional tray in front to catch copies; paper support in back works well keeps paper in alignment; easy install of ink; this is saying a lot because I do not see very well; have arthritis yet, am very comfortable using this printer; copies print clearly; I did contact customer service for assistance setting up initially; I am not computer/technology savvy at all so would need help no matter the machine!; I found customer service to be possibly the best feature; my experience was EXCELLENT; extremely helpful, patient, articulate, pleasant, overall an easeful set up. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Highly recommend.
