I have three printers in my house at any given time. All three are Epson (I used to be an HP printer guy, but switched to Epson about 10 years ago). I've been pretty happy with Epson thus far, but this printer is replacing an Epson NX-420 that suddenly started sucking up ink like it was going out of style. So I opted to try and update the printer to a newer model at the same cost of replacement ink (almost). Couple of observations after using it now for a few weeks: The printer is quiet and fast, the display screen is much easier to see and operate (located on the front rather than the top of the printer like the previous), it was easy to setup, and it works well over the WI-FI setup. Two knocks, if any. One, black ink seems to get sucked up pretty quickly. I haven't had to change it yet, and I'll watch to see how long or how many print jobs I get before I have to change, but I can say that the ink monitor sure looks like black is dropping at a quick clip. The second knock, if any, it does feel a little cheaper than the previous Epson printer it is replacing. By that I mean it weighs less and feels a bit "cheaper" in construction if you know what I mean. The other printer just felt more solid. Remains to be seen if this is really a knock or not. If it keeps chugging along - I really don't care how much lighter it feels. I'm not carrying it around like a laptop, so who cares. I'm more worried about the construction of the item. But again, it doesn't get moved around. And it just prints on paper. Knock on wood, it keeps going. For the price paid, if it keeps printing with the ink that it came with for the next few months, I'm better off than buying ink for the replaced Epson printer.

Easy to set up and good print quality. Small size is an advantage if you don't have a lot of space and was reasonably priced.

Easy to use and set up. Great price. I am able to print anywere in the house from my LG phone and from my tablet. Ink cartridges are affordable and available at Bestbuy or Walmart.

It is compact, easy to set up, easy to use. Only drawback is that it does not have print on both sides, but the ease of use and the very nice price are great. It seems to me that in the past, printers also came with the cord to use when you are not near wi-fi. I had to buy one separately for this printer as we travel a lot and sometimes do not have wifi, but I still may want to print.

Needed a new printer since my old one was not compatible with windows 10. I have always had HP printers in the past but happened to talk to a woman that was buying ink while i was looking at the printers. She said she has had an Epson for years and it was still going strong. So I went home and looked at the reviews and decided that I would give this one a try. So far I am very impressed. Prints great, takes up less space than my old HP version and is easy to use.

Wanted a simple printer without bells and whistles that does a decent job for a decent price. This one fits the bill. It's a bit slow and annoying that's the ink cartridges it comes with don't have much ink in them, but the quality is good, the setup is easy and I like that it's small and fairly quiet.

This is awesome! Easy setup. It's a compact and space saving and does a beautiful print job. Fast and responsive. I had purchased another brand and found it difficult to set up...returned that one and got this on the recommendation of Best Buy staffer. I couldn't be happier with this printer. It meets and exceeds my expectations...as do the Best Buy staff.

I'm a graduate student so I needed a fairly inexpensive, but reliable printer. I've been very happy with my purchase so far. I can print from my laptop, tablet and cell phone. I can scan things onto the google or Microsoft one drive as well. This might not be the printer for you if you aren't very good with technology. It doesn't come with a usb cord so you will need to set up everything via bluetooth.

I wanted a wireless printer that was small enough to fit inSide of a cabinet. This fit perfectly. The quality of printing has been good as well. I especially like the direct print feature which allows you to print from a smartphone or tablet without a wifi connection.

Love wireless prints great great value for the money compact size easy to set up

This is a smaller printer that I bought for my daughter who is in a dorm room. It prints well and fairly fast and is smaller than most printers that are 3in1's. It has direct wifi and is a bit hard to set up, but once you figure it out, it is a printer.

This printer is easy to set up on any device or computer. Haven’t had any issues yet. And it’s small enough that it doesn’t take up too much space.

Found this printer online at a sale price. Picked up waiting at store and was up and printing in less than 2 hours. Installation was flawless and EZ. This little printer works wonderfully. Wi Fi printing is a great feature and the sealed ink refills keep them fresh until opened. Compact and adjustable at the control panel and on screen this is ideal for home use.

The device will get you good quality image prints. A bit slow and noisy but its good for the price

I did not intend to purchase a printer but the sales person mentioned that it would probably work better with my new laptop, plus it was on sale. The Epson Expression Home XP-430 meets all my needs and is very 'smart' and fast when it comes to scanning/printing/copying and accepts a wide range of paper types. Set up was easy and it has a small footprint.

I bought this printer to replace the one i dropped by mistake. It works perfect, prints fast, and is compact for smaller spaces!

I wanted an inexpensive printer for my small business. I bought this and had it set up in minutes. I'm especially likes the feature of being able to print, scan and make copy . It not only prints using wi-fi, but will also print from anywhere that there is internet access. On-screen menu makes all the setup and jobs easy to do.

This printer purchase was made because I needed one that was not big and clunky, was wireless and could fulfill my printer needs because I never owned one before. This one was perfect!!! The price was very affordable and I am very happy that I purchased it ☺.

Needed to find a portable unit for the space I was dealing with. Looked at the Epson competitors and the size of this unit and the aestethetics were the first attraction. Using the Epson Expression Home Xp-430 has been the real surprise/benefit. Clarity, speed, ease of use all in one small package. Price was better too.
