Really good projector!!! Replaced my older 1080p Epson, and noticed a huge difference, especially if you’re closer to the screen. Super contrast! really easy to set up.

The Epson Home Cinema 5050UB 4K PRO-UHD projector is exactly what we needed as a replacement for our Epson 5030UB. We purchased it during a BestBuy promotion, so the price was great. Setup and installation were straightforward, and the picture quality is impressive—vibrant colors and sharp details that surpass our previous model. We are very satisfied with this upgrade and highly recommend it.

I had bought a cheap sinus from China so this is leaps and bounds over that one. After much research this is probably one of the best projectors for the money. It was much larger than I had expected and would have liked more hdmi ports other than just two. Operating system seems outdated. The picture quality is pretty superb. Not very good in a bright room like other reviewers had mentioned. It’s an excellent projector despite those couple of shortcomings.

Best projector at this price point hands down. My family loves movie night in our basement now! Picture is high quality and 10/10 would buy again!

This Epson 5050ub has a beautiful picture. The blacks are amazing. I would highly recommend.

I made a last minute switch to the EPSON after comparing the same movies and scenes vs Sony - VPL-VW295ES 4K which was twice the price. We are loving it and gravitating more to the Home Theatre away from TVs in the house.

Great picture quality for a 4k projector that isn't really 4K. There isn't a noticeable difference from the pixel shifting on this projector versus high dollar Sony, true 4k projectors. I upgraded to this UB5050 from a Home Cinema 4000. Definitely an improvement.

This is the projector you want if you can afford it. The picture is so crisp it blows my mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
