Customers value the PowerLite Home Cinema 3600e's picture quality, with many praising its brightness, vibrant colors, and excellent projection. However, some users experienced issues with the wireless functionality, reporting occasional signal loss and lag. The built-in speaker also received positive feedback. Overall, the projector receives high marks for image quality but needs improvement in wireless reliability.

Bright and vibrant colors with pretty good image quality. Knobs allow for quick adjustments to image position/shape. The wireless feature didn't work out for me. I had it positioned in line of sight with the projector and about 15' away, but the image sometimes flickered out and the signal strength indicator measured less than 50%. I finally ended up running an HDMI cable. The fan is a little loud when running it in it's highest settings.

Very easy to set up,love the speaker in the projector itself, very easy to suspend from ceiling as it is very lightweight. Also 3-D and wireless.

One of the reasons I bought this product is because wires were not an option. From that perspective I am very pleased with the projector. I also found the transmitter as very practical where it could basically serve as the integrator and distributor of all the video and sound coming and going to other components. The projection quality is also excellent. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star was that the remote control layout is not really the best. Also sometimes the projector takes a bit long to sync with the transmitter at start up (1 to 2 min.) As a recommendation, keep the transmitter away from other components that emit heat such as the receiver/amp. The heat was causing interference on the the IR signal to the projector. I moved them apart and never had that issue again.

The only reason that I do not say excellent is that the wireless aspect though wonderful because it saves expensive wiring, sometimes in the middle of a movie gets disconnected and it starts searching again. It is only for a second or two and does not happen too often, but still is very irritating. The option then is to add the wiring, and then it would be perfect, Because the picture quality is amazing! It is just like being at the cinema. On the whole very happy with the projector.

Installed over head and it projects great quality and sounds great. Only complaint is that the wireless loses its signal here and there for some reason. It might be something on my end I have to look into it further.

This is a good buy. This has nice resolution and is a treat to watch. Sometimes there is lag between the wireless receiver and the projector other than that we are ver happy.
We would this product to be offered in more colors than just white.

We are extremely happy with the Home Cinema LCD projector. We like the 3D and wireless features. It was easy to set up and have been enjoying watching all our videos, DVDs and Blue Rays on the "big screen". The only draw backs preventing a 5 star rating is lack of auto focus and brightness during the day as our room as quite a bit of ambient light. Even with the light we are still able to enjoy the image during the brightest part of the day but it is that much better at night. The sales staff at Best Buy was not very knowledgable regarding home cinema projectors and we were not given very good or useful advise so we decided to call Epson to get their recommendation. The Epson rep was extremely knowledgeable and spend all the time necessary to recommend the right Epson device taking into account our budget.

Bought this projector for use with a 150" outdoor screen. It worked flawlessly and the wireless feature is great. Brightness was not an issue even at almost 35 feet, though at that distance the image was bigger than the screen.

I had an earlier model of this projector that went bad. Geek Squad replaced the projector with this newer model and I'm very happy with it. It is bright, fairly quiet and feature rich. The price per inch of screen image makes a projector setup totally worth it if feasible. I highly recommend this model.

My 1st projector experience and im pretty impressed. Even in a lit room the colors are still vibrant. Once the lights are off the picture is very rich and deep better then my lcd and led tv's I have upstairs. All in all great buy for the price range nothing else competes.

Dlp is still good if u get a high end one, refresh rate of 120, or 240 and for half the price. ($600) low end maybe $900 high end.
