Easy set up. Instructions/help on using are a little lacking. I did not find anything that said pdf scans are one sided and apparently not available for duplex scanning.

Cost effective and good for daily use. If converting large number of charts to paperless then get a faster scanner

A better resolution will b better is super fast. But more ktios or buttons will be great

Everything was good until the set up instructions were limited. It took a little while to get my product up and running. Over all - a ok.

The scanner is not emphasized as a photo scanner, but in fact, does a good job scanning photos. Haven't tried scanning documents with it yet, but expect it would also a good job with those. Even at 600 dpi, scanning photos is impressively quick. Have had no problems with it to date.

This scanner is perfect for scanning up to 40 pages at a time. The only problem is that the outputted paper can start to go all over the place. Otherwise, it's good to go almost right out of the box. I use Windows 10.

Bought for home personal use. Does a fine job. I have peviously used a Fujitsu which was fine, but for the money, the Eps.on is a better buy

Epson scanner replaced Neatdesk scanner returned for constant mal-function. So far the Epson has performed without any issues. If anyone at Epson is listening, I would like a feature that automatically saves multiple sheets to separate files for later organizatrion.

Great scanner to use for all you scanning at home.

The product performs as advertised. It's important to note that it doesn't auto-correct orientation which may result in upside down text. However, it is fast and performs double-sided scans well. YMMV. Good luck.

Super fast scanning. An added bonus is it will scans both sides of the page in one pass. We scan up to 30 something pages at a time and it's done in no time.

This is a good product for small office scanning needs and is good value for the money

i enjoyed, but prhaps for the lights i would have prefered a more professional stuff

I am very satisfied with this product and would strongly recommend it to everyone.

I really like the hardware, but the software it comes with is barely passable. I use this scanner in conjunction with software I purchased elsewhere, and the two combined are dreamlike, But, use the epson software and you will be disappointed!
