This scanner is an absolute beast. I was able to scan most of my personal papers in a very short amount of time and I had 20 years worth of documentation. Set up was easy and labeling scanned documents was also a breeze.

I have a few of these in my office and they are GREAT! They scan very quickly and work perfectly. My old ones lasted for about 10 years so it will take some time to see how long these last; for now they work flawlessly.

I looked at several models before purchasing this model. This scanner is easy to use and works well with my MacBook. I was able to create folders and scan my documents into them easily. I also love the compact size.

This is an amazing scanner. I don't have to tell it to scan on the backside. It's fast! Like by the time you've insert the pages, you're dealing with the labeling of the document that you don't have time to do any other multi tasking. No paperjams at all so far. Only thing, it's not as "crisp" looking as the original. It's clear, but you can tell, if you were to print a copy of the document, it would not be an original. But for my purposes, it's more than fine. Just something I noticed. The compactability of it also is amazing! I could cary it with ease in a tote if need for remote, onsite scanning. It's not bluetooth, but that's also okay. I was looking for a price point on this purchase. Overall, I've always dreaded scanning documents, but now, it's fun! I even taught my six-year old grand daughter to scan (supervised and watching) but it was something she could even do, because even the naming of the file process is easy and - press "NEXT," name file, ENTER. voila!

Easy to set up, easy to use. Scans are good quality with little distortion. Pretty close to what I get with a flatbed scanner and much faster. The double sided scanning is nice too.

This scanner is just what my husband needed to make his life easier for work. He uses it to upload clients' receipts. The software that comes included is also very easy to use. The scanner itself is very fast.

An awesome user-friendly scanning machine. The quality of scans is excellent and the app is well designed. My small complaint would be that it is a little expensive.

Great machine, works well, fast and smooth scanning of even large number of sheets. Love the idea it scans both side at the same time, very useful if some but not all sheets to be scanned are printed on both side.

Full pages of information, receipts, incoming bills, etc., you will be able to find things quickly, and it is compact to fit right on your desk!

Super easy to setup and install. Works beautifully- super fast and accurate. No issues with different paper shapes and sizes. Can’t imagine it being better.

This scanner changed my life. Converting hard copies of documents to PDF's was a long, arduous process for me before I picked this up. Now, I'm able to knock out large stacks of papers in no time, and it's amazing for photo conversion as well (be sure to bump your resolution up to the max beforehand). I can't recommend this enough for those looking to archive important files and pictures.

Love the heft of it. It feels solid. Love the speed of scanning Hate that it only links up with Epson printers. I have HP so I have to save the document then print from that file location. Very easy to use.

The Epson RS-400 II is light, compact and simple to use. It makes scanning documents easy and fast at 35 pages per minute. Great product!
