We are very happy at the speed at which the printer prints. Happy that it can print double sided copies. Great value at under $100. Needed to replace our old printer that was getting jammed all the time and took forever to print. We are so happy with this new one because it’s much newer and faster and we can also print using our iPhones which is very convenient.

I was looking for a high quality and productive printer for my home office, I do not do a lot of printing, but what I do, I need to be certain that the quality and speed is optimal. This printer delivers as promised and is a great addition for a small home office

I've owned all brands up to this price range, factoring in ink costs, text and photo print quality, life expectancy, etc some brands I would label avoid at all costs, some are great at specific things, but Epson seem to be equal or better in every category.

This is the second of these printers I have owned. Already have one in my office. When the old HP at home quit working I replaced it with this. Easy to use, wired or wireless. Very reasonable on ink. Love it.

Purchased this a couple years ago. My wife and I’ve been very happy with its performance. It has been very reliable but the ink is somewhat expensive and seems to be consumed fairly quickly. I do like that you can order print jobs and send documents via any mobile device to the printer.

I've had several HP printers because they used to be the best, but over the past few years they would always have some mysterious breakdown that couldn't be fixed shortly after the warranty expired. When this happened I went looking for a different brand. The Epson had good reviews, more options for printing, easier to install, and smaller footprint in my office. So far I have loved it? It is so much quieter than the HP's I've had too.

Set up was easy. My aged PC downloaded the software without a problem. Getting the work laptop to use it was a snap. It printed without problems. My only complaint would be how much tape had to be removed first.

This replaced an Epson WF 3640, which I like very much. The newer model WF-4720 is "okay". A few things that are baffling: there is 1-2 sided copying (which is strange because side 2 will always be blank), and no 2-2 sided copying. So in order to get a 2 sided copy, you have to manually do it. Same with 2-sided scanning. Copy quality is fine, but really disappointed with the 2-sided design flaw.

Received the printer after purchasing it online. It arrived quickly. It was easy to set up and printed nicely.

Excellent! The printer is really easy to use and prints high quality documents. It was a little hard to setup the scanning/emailing feature but other than that it works great!

The Epson Workforce Pro All in One Printer has been Great so far, easy set-up, install and use. A really good value for for the money!

I've only owned Epson printers and when it was time to get a new one, this one did not disappoint. It prints very nicely, very clear and the text is very readable. The scanner also works very nicely.

Initial use is satisfactory; much better than my prior HP printer which was crap.

Sleek looking, easy to set up, and it makes sharp looking color copies quickly. Kind of noisy when spitting out copies, but still highly recommend for quality and usefulness.

So far this product has been great in it's price to quality ratio. I would really appreciate if I could scan documents in bulk to my computer from the printer. The scan option only allows you to place one sheet at a time. You are not able to place a stack of papers relative to one document in the top tray and scan to your computer. Was kind of let down by the lack of that feature.

This series of printers have been my go to printers for years. When it came time to buy a new one, I couldn't find these models. Sad

I always buy Epson printers! I have an Etsy shop and I use this printer for my business cards, shipping labels, and more. I am very satisfied with the quality and how versatile this printer is.

Crystal clear, printed documents each and everytime! Only complaint is that it does NOT print from your phone, but otherwise the wifi works great - even from 20+ feet away.
