I had a WF-4740 for about 1 year and a half until my overweight cat jumped on it. I then went and bought this WF-4720. The first one I brought home wouldn't stop processing the basic date and time info. I returned it to Best Buy and had to wait another 2 weeks to get another one shipped to me. With this model, it seems the only difference is that it only has one paper cassette. Compared to my 4740, it was harder to set up with my WIFI. I had trouble getting it recognized on my home network. Then I had trouble getting my smartphone to recognize it. I believe I have it finally all worked out now, though. I hope.

Would be 5 stars if it had automatic duplex scanning. Was very disappointed to find out this feature was missing. You would think a product with “Pro” in its name would be full featured.

Prints well when it works. For some reason it tends to say the print head is not in alignment and needs adjusted or just won't print at all.

Setup was a little rocky because I had old epson software on my computer but I seem to have gotten all the bugs out. The apple air print works every time so far. Gets the job done.

This Epson replaced a Canon that I had for awhile but could never set up blue tooth printing. After reading reviews I purchased the Epson and it proved very easy to set up to print on all three of our computers. The auto refill for ink is very handy feature I took advantage of from Best Buy - never have to think about ordering ink or running out

Works great, fits on my desk so it is easy to use.

Easy to connect to Wi-Fi. Does feel like it can break due to the cheap plastic. Photos print ok, nothing fancy. Bought the xl black cartridge because small runs out quick.

My copies and scans are so clear!! Low noise level.

This printer presented some challenges to get set up and working properly, but Epson support helped me overcome them and get it working properly, and I especially like the feature of being able to email documents to it to the printer's email address and have the documents print.

I have bought at least 3 of the Epson workforce series. At the price of $130 or less its almost worth replacing every couple of years ( comes with ink). I use a MAC and the Airprint is flawless. It is almost plug and play

Great product - checks off every requirement need for me (working from home 100%) and my daughter (online school at home 100%). I quickly set it up on the network and now everyone can print from every device! Great price as well and dependable.

Works great. Although there are lines when printing. I have cleaned the printhead and everything. Even installed new ink cartridges.

Overall I am satisfied. I still do not know know how to scan documents. Epson Tech Support leaves much to be desired,

good printers while they work. rather pricey but comes with all of the features you would need in a printer.

bought this 7 months ago since then Epson has had to trade out the printer because the first one failed and on average I call their customer support atleast monthly and for this past month I've called them 4 times for the same issue. Can't tell you how many times I've 'reset the printer and then had to un-install/re-install the software. The IP address keeps changing on the printer, paper loading seems a no-brainer until you try and close the drawer (which forces you to take 3/4 of the paper out again). This is the first time trying an Epson product and I am severely disappointed. The company says the best they can do is give me the same product/model which makes no sense to me because a bad product is a bad product no matter how many times you try. Best Buy has always been reliable and stands by their merchandise, hopefully they can help me where Epson can not.
