Small Business Workhorse!

This printer was given to our organization from Epson to compare against our current printer. This printer rocks! It is a workhorse. It currently supports an entire office of 15 individuals printing constantly from it. The ink tanks are the bomb! The print quality is great. Network setup easy. The hardest part was peeling off ALL the blue pieces of tape. We have only used it for about 3 weeks now so I’m sure we haven’t even scratched the surface of its capabilities. Highly recommend and can’t wait to dig into all the other things we can do.

As a CPA, I've used a hundred different printers and I've really put them through the ringer. Full disclosure, I haven't had this one long, but it's been fantastic so far. You can tell when you're just using a cheaper printer that will just be replaced in a year, but this one appears to be the real deal. Printing speed is better than expected, and color quality is absolutely phenomenal. Conclusion, loving this thing so far.

Terrible color reproduction

This printer is fast but the quality is poor. Colors don't match any other printer we have in our office and they don't match our color calibrated monitors. We've tried different papers attempting to get better results but keep getting dull prints.
If all you want is a really fast color printer with cheaper ink replacement, then go for it. If you want great looking prints, look elsewhere. Maybe there's a reason ink comes in expensive cartridges...

We bought this after a year of knowing about it and we are highly disappointed. First day had a issue with the heads not making a straight line straight was not able to repair contacted epson who promptly sent a replacement. Replacement worked for a week then another non repairable head issue was within 30 day returned to store poor quality. Prints at the speed of a snail double-sided time is money and this wastes a ton of money! Bought a hp Pagewide printer [70 ppm] as we have used hp officejet pros for years with great success.
