It's great for everything that she needs it for. Relatively quiet and quick for a home a printer. The only issue I've had is that the ink runs out relatively quickly.

When new the printing was uneven and we used all of the ink that came with it to get the jets clear. It is working fine now and I am very satisfied.

This was the only one that was not too expensive. Haven't really used the fax feature but it's good to have just encase. No need to download new software

The plastic is flimsy and feels like it will to break if you handle if too rough. I hooked it up directly using a USB cable so I can't give an opinion on wireless printing and scanning. Print speed is slow, scanning speed is slow and scanned images are below average compared to other All-in-One products. Note that Windows 10 didn't see the scanner until I downloaded a patch. All in all, I was a bit disappointed but for $50 on sale, you get what you pay for.
