It could be operator error, but I have had a lot of issues with this printer. The ink runs out SUPER fast, and it wont print even with refilled ink and paper. I have contacted service help, and usually they help fix the issue (it was operator error mostly) but still cant seem to figure out why it wont print with all full ink cartridges, and stocked up on paper.
