I had an Epson all-in-one printer before & was very happy with the performance. When it died after many years of use, I decided I wanted to stay with the same brand. I bought this model and it is as easy to operate as my last one, but is quieter and a bit more compact. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This Epson wireless printer is the best at what it does. Whether from my computer or any smartphone I have. I can print, fax or scan. Even email direct to printer from where ever I am with the dedicated email address for the printer. Who can ask for more.

My one year old Cannon printer was un-repairable and I had to get a new one. The Epson was recommended. I love the features on this all-in-one. I needed a fax, and color ink as well. I love that I don't have to turn over a sheet to print on a second side. It does it for me, even if I have 30 copies. And now that the wi-fi is now built in I can print wireless from my I-pad from across the house. It also has better compatibility with my PC than my previous printer. I will buy Epson again, but hopefully Epson printers last longer than a year.

We had to buy a new printer ASAP to replace a 10 year old Canon. Compared to the old Canon, the plastic parts seem flimsy, and, as others have noted, it is noisy. When it prints it sounds like the paper is jamming, which can be more than a little worrisome! But the Epson WF-3620 is fast, can copy double sided input to double sided output, does everything the old printer did, and cost less than half what we paid 10 years ago. We have not tried the FAX options yet so I can't comment on that, but it synched up with our laptops with no hassles. In fact, we are running it with all 3 options--direct wire to a computer, Ethernet connection to our LAN, and WiFi to our laptops. As an extra feature, if the paper output tray is not pulled open, your kids (or you) can shoot pages half way across the room.

The printer is great. Thanks to installation by Geek Squad, all of our devices (desk top, lap tops, ipads, and iphones) are linked to the printer, and that alone makes everything to do with printing so easy and convenient. Haven't used all features yet, but read out instructions seem to be clear, print quality is fine, and operation so far has been easy.

My list of pros outweighs the cons. Scanning speed - 5/5, Printing Speed - 5/5, *Double-sided printing & double-sided scanning* - awesome, ease of use - 4/5 (When manually doing two-sided printing it takes a bit to remember which way to put the paper in so that your next page prints correctly.

This is an awesome printer. I'm able to print from anywhere in the world. The printer has its own email address where you can send an email to get printed. I had lots of problems from my last printer and I'm glad I bought this one. Highly recommended it to everyone...

To say the least I love this printer.. Set up was a breeze and it has tons of features.. I like opening emails from my phone and printing them without having to go through my pc.. The scan to computer feature is seamless and wireless.. This product is simply well made and well priced.. Thanks best buy!!

This ia a great printer, similar to my Epson 3640. They both support wireless printing from IPads, Laptops and IPhones, making tasks much easier to perform.

I had been using a very basic Epson for limited printing needs and found it fustrating now that I'm doing a lot more printing. I considered an HP, but decided to try this Epsom model instead. I love it. Installation was super fast and easy. Print quality is way better than my old printer; faster speed, etc. Price was reasonable. Especially love that paper comes from a drawer rather than flimsy paper guide from the back. It's also very compact. I'm quite pleased. Woman at Best Buy was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and didn't "oversell" me. Thank you!

This printer is small but does a lot of big things well. The wireless features are nice and you can print from any mobile device. The print quality is great and the price of cartridges for the number of sheets is reasonable.

We went in for a cord but were struck by the functionality of the printer. It was more than we were planning to spend but the printer works for all our needs. And it's a lot better than the cheap printer we had. Clear definition. Double side capability. Wireless. Awesome.

This printer has exceeded my expectations. I am a college student and it does everything I need and more I love it I would totally recommend this To everyone. I previously had a scanner printer in one and this one is a copier scanner printer fax her and it's amazing

This all in one printer is super easy to hook up. It prints very clearly and fast. Doesn't take up much room either.. This is a great buy for the price.

The Epson printer works very well. The pages print quickly and even tho it's ink, it doesn't smudge like the advertising states. My husband and I are both students and print all the time and have not ran into any issues. We have had the printer for a little over two months ago. He has a Mac book and I have a PC and neither of us have problems printing from our devices. Double-sided printing is automatic and a little slower than the one-sided but still pretty quick. We're very pleased with this printer.

Easy to connect to wireless for both MAC and Lenovo. Great help for school needs. Boyfriend is graphic design student and uses it all the time. Haven't had any issues. Would recommend to everyone.

The Epson Printer I bought for my wife has worked out so well. It was super easy to install with my iMac and the pages and printing quality is great.

Easy to set up and operate. Acceptable print quality. Wireless printing is very convenient. Only four ink colors, including black. Only one paper tray so you have to switch out between letter and photo paper. Overall a good value.

We love our all in one printer. It copy an prints fast. It is easy to work. I would recommend this for everyone. It also does not cost an arm an leg. You are getting a great machine in this.

When I purchased this it was a bit on a whim but I also considered several factors; the cost of the printer, the features, the size, how much paper it holds, and the cost of the ink as the printer aged. When I got the printer home and set it up we were able to print to the thing right away with little to no problems. In fact my wife set the whole thing up on her own. After using the printer for a couple of months now I love it even more. The iPad and iPhone app for it works great, the double sided printing is fast, single sided printing even faster. I haven't used the fax portion at all yet but everything else has been fantastic I highly recommend the printer.
