Bought the printer for some work projects I wanted to work on from home. Super easy set up, fast printing, and very straight forward to use.

This is the second Epson printer I've owned. I had the WF-3640 for a year prior to purchasing the WF-3620, but it was hit by lightening. I bought the WF-3620 with the idea that I could reuse the ink from the WF-3640, but I was wrong. The new printer would not go through the initial startup routine unless the ink that came with that printer was installed. It's the same ink cartridges, so I should be able to use them as a replacement when the originals run out - if they don't dry up. The only issue I ever had with the WF-3640 was the wireless communication with my MacBook Pro. This was corrected once new drivers were released and I uninstalled everything, reset the printer, and reset my router. After setting up the new WF-3620, there were no connectivity issues and the printer still works great today. It's easy to use and the scan-to-PDF using the ADF works flawlessly.

The Epson WF-3620 all-in-one copier/printer/scanner/fax machine is the little brother of PC Magazine Editor's Choice WF-3640. The print engine appears to be common, the major difference being a single paper tray on the 3620 versus 2 on the the 3640. That makes the package shorter in height, and less expensive by $40 for a home unit, which is fine for my needs. I had good luck with an Epson WF-600, but made the mistake of not printing enough and the ink dried in the print head. After unsuccessfully trying to clear the print head with a $50 set of ink cartridges, I felt it was better to spend $90 (sale price) for a new printer. I have made a note to print at least once a week to prevent this from happening again. I have tried the copier, scanner and printer, including printing a color photo on photo paper. The results are good for all modes. I have not yet had the need to use the fax, but it is connected and ready to go when needed. This is a second printer when I need to fax, print color or make a quick copy; my main printer is a monochrome Brother HL-2440 laser for lower per-page printing costs. I can also recommend the Brother B&W laser printer line as bullet-proof and long lasting with good print quality.

This is by far the best printer I have ever used. Things I love about it are, the wifi capability, the speed and quality of printing and scanning, the preview option (view a scan or copy before printing to know how it will turn out), cheaper ink than the previous Epson printer I had. The one thing I wish I would have done was buy the next step up because the photo printing quality isn't the greatest. (Keep in mind that I am a photographer so I have HIGH expectaions for my work). Other than that, I am 100& satisfied!

I purchased the Epson - WorkForce WF-3620 Wireless All-In-One Printer - at Best Buy. I was downsizing my home office. I knew I wanted a printer that did all functions of printing copying faxing and scanning and this particular printer meets all my needs. I decided to go to Best Buy to physically look at the printer to see if it was what I was hoping it w%ould be . This workforce printer is smaller than the big 4530 that I've been using. The only difference I have found is the speed with which the printer produces the copies. Since I no longer need a business printer I find the speed is adequate for home office use. The other help I found is the cost of the ink. so with the sale price which I was able to purchase the printer for in finding out the printer ink is not as costly as for the 4530 I was real happy with this purchase. I would recommend this workforce printer to anyone who needs a printer in their home.. This workforce printer was easier to set up and it's printer screen is more easily to follow. All in all the smaller printer meets the needs of someone who has the need for quality rather than quantity.
