  • ~ Escape From Alcatraz in 4K UHD with slipcover ~

    In one of Clint Eastwood's best movies, he stars as an intelligent prisoner sent to the "Rock". Once there, he befriends a few inmates and makes at least one enemy. The enemy wants him dead after a refusal and fight. The "friendly inmates" are two guys that also plan their escape wisely. A neighbor inmate next to Eastwood starts out wanting to join the escape party but cannot find the means to do what is necessary in a timely manner. The Warden is bent on breaking Eastwood's character by constant checks and wanting to move him to another cell. Eastwood then sets in motion the escape of the century. Picture and sound are better now than previously released Blu-ray even. I found it superior. The details now are excellent. Sound is also excellent through the soundbar. Easy selections and menus. We get a nice 4K, Blu-ray copy, and slipcover. Highly recommended!

    Hollywood Legend Clint Eastwood stars in the TRUE story of the three man team who are the only Prisoners to ever successfully escape from Alcatraz Prison, aka "The Rock" also this 4K transfer looks good looks a lot better then the Blu Ray for sure.

    I am a big fan of this movie. Glad that they released it on this nice 4k edition. I would recommend this to any Clint Eastwood fan
