    Easy install and setup on both windows PC's and android phone. Tested download speed with the old security software and then ESET and there is a big improvement. ESET does not slow the laptop down.

    Been using Eset products for about 15 years. Started with Nod32 and now using home security premium. You dont even notice it working in the background. Used very little resources

    I find it odd and very frustrating that I am unable to use a retail copy of a product to extend an existing subscription. Eset is one of the few that don't seem to have a means to use retail codes as a way to extend an existing subscription of the exact same product, and instead relies solely on auto-renew. Basically, you can't stock up when there is a sale and just use all the codes for a long subscription. One has to input them one at a time, each year. It makes me feel like I'm being treated as inferior since I do not auto-renew at full price.

    Best buy sent me a code that does not work. I went on the eset website and enter the code and it would not activate the subscription I bought. Hopefully either best buy or eset can fix this problem. I need to either get a working code or my money back. Very disappointed
