These headphones are durable and sound great for the price, and look sharp as well. The retro design includes a woven casing for the cord. However, that casing gets crimped in the packaging and ends up contracting and pushing the cable out, which will eventually destroy it due to the bend. I took a first pair back and the second pair did the same thing. I'll be taking those back as well in hopes that somehow the third time's a charm.

I went in looking for Sony Hi Res headphones. Store was out so I decided to give other headphones a try. I picked these up because they look so Retro. They remind me of those headphones they used to have at the listening labs in Elementary school. Circa 1975. Once I listened I had to have them. Most authentic true frequency response in a headset I have heard. I am not a fan of un-natural bass/hyper bass in modern headphones. But the bass response in these jumps out at you without being offensive. I consider myself an audiophile and I do work as an Audio/ Live sound engineer. The greatest part about these headphones is the price. They are so good I had to buy a second set to keep in my office.

These headphones are awesome. I purchased them for my daughter for her Ipad and when i put them on, i was almost blown away by the audio quality. Great deep bass, loud, and all for a great price.

I have had several of these headphones over the years,why do I keep coming back to them?Simply put,it's the sound!They have right mix of bass,midrange and treble for me,and I have received lots of compliments on the retro look.The biggest draw back?Well that would be the L shaped connector which always seems to break if the wire gets caught up in any obstacle,so buying the extended warranty is recommended.I will be really sorry if these come off the market and at the current price of $27 they are a steal!

My one beef with these is they're not what I wanted (which was a set of headphones with in-line volume control I could use with my laptop). The in-line volume control is for iPods, iPads, and iPhones. This is NOT a negative review - it does (I assume, I don't have an i-anything) what it's designed to do and what it claims to do, just not what I was hoping it would do *g* They're quite comfortable; the corded/braided cord is a significant improvement over the usual plastic-covered cord; and they do quite a decent job of suppressing external sounds (previous headphones, I've had to have my computer's volume set at ~30 to hear it well over my environment, and I could still hear what's going on around me; these, I'm generally around 18, switching up to 20 or down to 16 depending on what I'm watching, and I'm pretty much now oblivious to, well, everything.) I'm no discerning audiophile so I can't really comment on the sound quality, although it certainly seems better than many other headphones I've owned. All in all, a great set of headphones. Just wish the in-line volume control worked for what I wanted it to do, rather than simply controlling iProducts *g*

I love my Control v2 KRM On-Ear Headphones! They fit perfectly and comfortably over my ears and block out 99% of the outside sound. The audio comes through clear and loud. Also the cord is long enough so I can sit back comfortably & move from side to side without pulling the jack out. Compared to other headsets, they were very reasonabley priced!

I was a little skeptical based soley on the price, figured I could always return them. WOW! Was I surprised, they are lightweight and sound fantastic. Deep base and nice tone on the highs. You will not regret buying these while they last.

I was unsure but the salesperson was so knowledgeable and took time to explain the difference to me between the various products. Worked with me to purchase the best product for my price range. I am very pleased with the purchase. The sound is great and they are not heavy or start hurting my ears after long usage. I wore them for the majority of time on my 4 hour flight.

These are super comfy and are somewhat noise cancelling. They are also compatible with all apple products which is great! Definitely worth the price.

Just reasonably clean sound and relatively comfortable. May not carry enough base if thats your music type.

at under $30, these headsets are excellent. They provide great sound and are light-weight. I was going to buy a similar Sony headset, but the Best Buy associate recommended these and said they are a great deal.

The head set look good. They appear to be durable. They are easy to connect to your mobile device. The sound has great clarity.

I love these headphones. I can hear all the aspects of my music as well as enjoy the bass output from the songs I love deep bass in. I compared the sound of all the headphones available at Best Buy and these were in the top three. Being that the other two were priced at $350 and $200 while these were $60, it was an easy choice for me. Not only will I recommend this product I will buy some for gifts.

This is one pair of headphones that I enjoy. From the amazing sound to the feel of the leather on my ears. This is one item that I totally approve.

Finally free of earbuds that did nothing but cause ear aches when they weren't falling out constantly. Nicely padded headphones and great audio that I would highly recommend.

These are awesome headphones! Sound is clear, crisp, and deep. Also has a microphone so it can be used for making phone calls. Great design and great product!

I was really surprised what a great sound quality these headphones produce. My ears do not feel any fatigue even when I keep headphones for hours on.

Good quality sound, the headphones don't fully fit over my ears. But still good quality. The mic on phone calls picks up more ambient noise than other than I have used. Still I like this product overall.

I find earplugs annoying and uncomfortable after a very short time. These over the ear headphones are quite comfortable, with good sound and at a good price.
