Beautiful machine, slim and shining great looking. Making great coffee. I drink stronger coffee using the espresso shot, and my wife drinks lighter coffee so she is using the americano mode. We both fine-tuned the water amount and the machine memorized worked great for both of us. Also, want to share some tips using this machine, 1. The control on top is touch sensed which takes some practice to find where to press. Once you know, it can be pressed easily. Just be aware it has the function of taking two orders a time. So if you thought you have pressed for one cup, heard the beep but machine not running. Don't worry just wait for 1-2 sec then it would start. If you press again within 1-2 seconds it will make two cups of coffee of your choice. 2. The steam function is also great, I noticed some comments complained it doesn't have enough steam if not running hot water out first, but this machine I got it behaves differently. It will run some hot water out first. When it stopped then a steady blue light showing it is ready for a full blast of steam. So maybe the machine has been improved already. Enjoy the coffee!

This is a great machine for a small space or just to take up less room on you counter. The coffee is excellent. The sleek design and easy to use buttons and settings are great as well. My only complaint is I wish it made a bigger cup. But not a big deal, I just hit the button twice. I am very happy with this purchase.

I have owned other expensive automatic espresso machines and hands dowrn this is the best. You get an amazing machine for a very reasonable price. It’s very easy to use, literally as easy as pushing a button and every shot is consistent. It’s very compact, so it fits nicely in our small city kitchen and has a very sleek and modern design. It’s quiet compared to other machines, when grinding the coffee. If you are looking to purchase an espresso machine this one is a must. Highly recommended!!

Has to be reset by unplugging! Couldn’t make a cup of coffee after 30minutes.. returned to store!

I love this espresso machine. The espresso comes out silky and milky and easy to drinky! Delicious! My starbucks membership will definitely suffer because of this machine. It saves me time and money and gas going to get my favorite coffee drink. All I have to do is walk to my kitchen and press the on button and in a few seconds, perfectly made, delicious espresso. The machine brings out all the flavors in the coffee beans. Its so easy to use, very easy to clean and takes up hardly no space at all on my kitchen counter. I replaced my Keurig with this machine and my kitchen looks a lot bigger and fancier with this high class machine. But not only that, I can now make lattes and capuccinos...I feel like a barista in my own home! Never thought I'd say it. It will definitely pay for itself in just a few months. Definitely worth the investment. I've researched many machines out there and this one is hands down top of the line!!! Get it! you will not regret it!

From the box to Espresso within minutes. When opening the box until we had our first cup was truly just minutes. The consistent quality of the cup of coffee each time is superb. We have had other similar type of machines but this one is so intuitive to use. One can fine tune each cup. Worth every dollar spent.

We purchased this machine for our office and it has been such a hit! It gets a lot of usage and takes it like a champ, it is so convenient for a quick shot or showing hospitality to guests. Everyone loves it and it is a very consistent, well-built product. I would definitely recommend!!!

Its been about 3 weeks since I received it but I already love it. Its thin & fast. Im on the go & dont have time to wait for my espresso maker to heat up but with the concierge I’m out the door quickly.
