Family members have machine overseas and adore it. They found it to be excellent in all facets. Reliable, solid performance for pulling a perfect espresso shot or americano. Options of selecting brew strength and whether single or double shot is brilliant. Sometimes use ground coffee powder as there is a by-pass system. Temperature spot on. Italian made brew group is extremely easy to remove and replace without using cumbersome tools. Clever blue light in large water tank enhances elegant overall style which looks very smart on countertop. Used by family members of all ages including youngsters and old timers. Experience has been excellent-highly recommend this purchase. Glad that it's now sold in the states.
