Coffee maker is great. Works great and look great on the counter. Frothed milk is perfect. Very quiet grinder. The wife is from Europe and was missing a great cup of coffee. She now has it.

Granted, this isn't the most expensive automatic machine out there. But it isn't cheap, either. And for the price, you'd expect the thing to work properly. But it's very inconsistent in delivering the beans to the grinder. The bean compartment doesn't adequately funnel the beans down because it doesn't have a steep enough angle. So you have to constantly push and prod the beans while the grinder is working to get a decent amount to the machine. Otherwise, the coffee is very weak and unsatisfying. And it's not just this machine. An email from DeLonghi's customer service department actually stated that they have the same machine in their office, and they have to do the same thing to get it to work! He said there's no fix.

This machine is really easy to use, perfect for beginners and great for the experienced. We love it!
