Do NOT buy this product under any circumstances. The sellers completely lack communication with customers after the sauna is purchased. Delivery takes nearly a month, with no updates or accountability. Best Buy has clearly stated that they are not responsible for this product since it was sold by a third party company. This is a terrible buying experience and a serious warning to future customers.
