Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using 2 of these for the past 2 years and they've been fine until the most recent firmware update. Now I can no longer calibrate the one dimmer that I updated. When I contacted VeSync the said "we can do nothing with this product... we wish you a happy life". They obviously don't care about supporting their product and there are much better brands out there.

After that it was good and I like it. That’s why I gave it 3 starts.
