I've been looking at the eufy cameras for awhile now. I've had the Arlo cameras for about 8 years got tired of paying a subscription.I'll be phasing out the Arlo systems because just a couple of these can easily replace the multiple Arlo cameras I have.I also bought the Homebase 3 to use as my local storage with a 2 TB SSD. The additional AI features that the Homebase 3 offer are really amazing,As a tech guy I have been very impressed with this eufy system and all the things they can do. It's freaks my girl out when she look up, and these things are following her movements.If you're considering a security camera,look no further.You will not be disappointed

Great camera and easy access and operating it, great images and are very clear.

Great quality, well built. Only draw back for me was the mounting did not match my existing light housing. This will fit the standard floodlight housing but not the 2 screw style light mounting. You will need to make a base you mount it. My 3" mount pictured in below

This was the best camera I've ever bought.It was worth every penny.

Standard install no different than most floodlights, good number of settings and options. I do wish the motion was a touch more further out but it works great. I installed two and will be installing one more. The app has its own issues but I would definitely reccomend more storage either in your home base kit or in the camera unit itself. Video quality is good. It goes on sale regularly enough. Grab it on sale for a great deal.

The main appeal of this product is the value for money in comparison to Google’s equivalent version. The installation is very straightforward, but it’s important to note that it’s not plug and play like the Google Flood cam. If you’re not installing the camera in an existing electrical box, you’ll need to purchase an extension with a plug, as I had to do. But essentially, you might need to hire an electrician if you’re not comfortable doing it yourself. The setup was also very simple, and I was able to have streaming on my phone immediately. As this is my first eufy camera, and I’m a contracted Google Nest user, there are several points I had to understand that are different from Nest: The camera has the option to install a microSD memory card, which will serve you to save events, but it’s not for continuous recording. If you want to have cloud storage service, you can hire it but you have to select it in the app options to save 24x7, as it does not come activated by default. In summary, the image quality is excellent compared to Nest. The AI-powered subject detection and tracking works excellently. The app’s response to the camera controls is acceptable, however, accessing the camera when I’m away from home fails in 80% of the cases and I find myself limited to waiting to get home to see any event. Despite how happy I am with the camera’s performance, this inability to access remotely is a deal-breaker. I hope the technical support people can help.

The camera works wonderfully. It has many features I was looking for and works well with my home ecosystem (Google Home). It records and stores video either locally or to the cloud, and it has an auto 360 pan option, I like that it has a setting that you can have the lights automatically come on at sunset to a certain level of brightness but when it detects movement it brightens the floodlights to your preferred setting. This helps not to bother my neighbor but also brightens my driveway enough to keep anybody away from my house. I also had the Best Buy guys come out and install this for me on the side of my house replacing my old floodlight that was at least 20 years old. They did a very good job and were fairly quick with the whole installation process as well. If you buy a security camera from Best Buy and need something installed I highly recommend their installation team.

There is a lot to like about this security camera. The picture quality is good. Love the dual camera setup. Light is nice and bright. Enough to effectivly eluminatey entire back area. The app is effective. The one thing that made me subtract a point is the amount of false notifications this camera can have. There is a planter on my back porch and it has times that it will start sending "person spotted" notifications every minute. This sometimes goes on until I get fed up with it and powercycle it at the switch (used to be a normal flood light). This fixes the issue everytime. Giving a few days at minimum before it happens again. Sometimes its weeks before it looses its mind again. It really sounds like a bigger issue than it is but it is a little annoying. Overall I am happy with it.

I used the Eufy 360 Cam Pro 2 for year and I loved it! Two major issues I always had with it was the dome and inability to record continuously. The dome would always require cleaning. If not clean the image isnt clear at night. Finally replaced it with this S340 and let me tell you … the upgrade is well worth it! Clear picture and the added bonus of continuous recording when paired with the Homebase 3 and 500 gb ssd. The AI features are way better. I get less false alert and the tracking is amazing. Definitely a great buy for peace of mind.

The app makes install a breeze, used a microsd for storage will upgrade to the homebase once there is a good sale. I wish you could adjusy the light temp like the other model but its ok, just glad i can have it on from dusk to dawn. The 360 camera works amazing, as soon as it sees something it follows with no issues, with amazing clarity. The only cons i would say is the light adjustment and where the microsd slot is located right under yhe camera, convenient to get to but also too convenient if your cameras arent mounted high. Would definitely buy again.

I’m really impressed with this camera. The picture quality is crystal clear thanks to the 3K resolution, and the dual-lens design gives me both a wide overview and a zoomed-in close-up at the same time. The PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) feature makes it easy to adjust and keep an eye on exactly what I want. The built-in floodlights are super bright, which not only helps at night but also adds a strong sense of security around my property. Motion detection has been accurate so far, and I like that I get instant alerts on my phone without a noticeable delay. Setup was straightforward, and the wired connection gives me confidence that I won’t lose signal or deal with lag. The camera feels well-built and durable for outdoor use. This floodlight camera works great. Easy to install and no subscriptions needed!

Remarkably easy to install. The camera quality is excellent, capturing clear and detailed footage. I appreciate the adjustable brightness settings for the floodlight, allowing me to customize it according to my needs.

This camera has been excellent, and we use it on the back part of our yard with the floodlight activated by motion. Integrates well with homebase3 and it’s very easy to set up and configure all the motion, zones and notification stuff.

Quality off this camera is great and clear. Very little difference from 4k security camera. (Every 4k camera is different) the 360 motion is a plus and the human tracking sensitivity is the best that I’ve seen.

Nice camera, very clear image and easy to download videos

Great camera! I have religiously used Ring for years. I decided to try Eufy for the PTZ capability and the lack of a need to a cloud based subscription. I am very happy with the AI facial recognition and the Home Base storage. The app is a little clunky but I expect that to be worked out as the app evolves.

Set up and installation was relatively easy. The app is working well. Lights are bright and motion sensor settings do the job. It has been up and running for a week and I am very satisfied with the purchase.
