I was very disappointed with Best Buy's service. I bought the eufy Security IndoorCam S350 and later found it on Amazon, sold directly by Anker, for $40 less. Despite their price match guarantee, Best Buy refused to honor it. Then, when I tried to return it, I discovered that Best Buy’s return policy is less than half of Amazon’s standard 30 days—making it 'too late' to return! This frustrating experience makes me think twice about shopping at Best Buy again, especially with their restrictive policies and lack of support.
