We use it daily which is a lot more frequent than we use to manually vacuum. The remote control it comes with is simple, yet effective. The low profile of the unit allows it to get under most of our furniture though it will occasionally get stuck, so I would not recommend using while not at home. I am already thinking about buying another.

The only cons that the vacuum can't find easily its base after finishing work, it takes really long and sometimes can't find it at all even being close to the charging base. Overall great product.

Regarding the issue of not returing to the charging base, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Ensure that the RoboVac and the charging base are in the same room, and the base is not on a black carpet or high-pile carpet.
2. Put the charging base against a wall in a proper location. Remove obstacles within 1m/3ft to the left side and right side, and 2m/6ft from the front, as the manual shows.
3. Make sure the chargings pins on both the charging base and bottom of the machine are clean.

I had to empty the bin daily, and clean out the roller after every use. Returned it for a Roomba, which cleans better, faster, and has a smart motor that remembers chair legs and figures out how to avoid them.

If the accessory is not installed tightly after cleaning such as the side brushes, it would cause noise as well. All of our products come with a hassle-free 12-month warranty. We do hope you can give us a chance to pinpoint the root cause and make it right for you before you returned the item. Besides, the collision sensor of this Robovac is infrared, if the wall or the furniture is in the dark color, the collision sensor might not receive the reflection signal very well. So the robot might hit the wall or furniture. Currently, we have produced the upgraded version of Robovac with laser mapping L70 hybrid, which can avoid this issue.
