Set-up is very intuitive. if you can operate a computer this item is very easy to make ready for use. Customer service is very dependable with eufy.

The integration with HomeKit Secure Video is fantastic and puts it leaps and bounds above other wireless cameras. The lack of monthly fee makes this one of the best values out there. Battery life is shorter than advertised, especially if you use HomeKit, but the app makes this clear and the tradeoff is worth it in my opinion.

I got the solar charger for the outside as I dont want to be bothered with charging batteries. i had Geek Sq. installers put them in and they were very experienced, patient and nice. I need to get one more but it is out of range and tech advised what to do to extend wires for base to capture it. I like that there is no extra costs to run them.
