Customers admire the excellent video quality, ease of use, and impressive battery life of the Smart Wi-Fi Video Doorbell. Many also appreciate the straightforward installation process and the included storage options. However, some users find the motion detection unreliable and experience delays in notifications or app response. A few also commented on the doorbell's larger size compared to wired models.

An excellent product. High quality image and sound, easy to install and configure, alerts arrive very fast, store images/videos and allow you to check them at any time and at no cost. The price is very good compared to other similar products and there are no monthly charges.
I recommend it!!!

The video quality of the cameras is good, but I would argue that it isn’t 2k and more like, at best, 1080p with 720p being more on the mark of how good these look.
Still I can recommend this product for people that want a reliable, no monthly subscription, safe security system. The way it is set up we won’t be having issues like we did with Ring and their employees having “unintentional” access to people’s video streams which to me is an absolute no go.
I got a Ring dorbell camera and never installed it cause of the controversy. I have owned multiple Eufy Systems for 2 different homes and 1 business.
I do wish they did more HomeKit integrations and Siri capabilities, but for the must have features this system covers it all.

Easy set up and works as advertised. I only wished Eufy would enable RTSP for recording the video to a NAS drive. Video quality is good both day and night. Like the ability to connect existing door bell wiring so I don’t have to remove to recharge the battery.

Its a great doorbell camera without the fees like ring and I think the camera resolution is just as good or better. Easy to install and connect to the internet with there app. No battery problems so far and my kids activate motion like a 100 times a day

Good quality video door bell. Battery is last approximately 30 days in my location ( busy condo). Sometimes speed of notifications is not instant and have some delay but I blame it to my distant WiFi router and home base location.

Had Timg before and had to recharge every 2weeks or so. This has better camera and love the longer battery life. Still slow to connect to wifi when someone is at the door and you want to speak with them

Easy to connect & setup. Exactly what I needed & works as expected for a Eufy product. No monthly monitoring fees, it sends all alerts/videos right to my phone & I can decide which ones to save or delete. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I ordered this home base & doorbell kit, along with an add on doorbell. I chose this brand largely b/c I don’t want the subscription plan that other brands require. Setup was easy (I chose to use the battery option). I’ve had them for a few weeks & can tell the battery will likely need to be charged much sooner than 6 mos since I have kids that frequently play in the yard, and I don’t always turn off the motion detection. Video quality is pretty good in daylight, though the night vision is so-so. The night vision is much worse on 1 of the 2 doorbells... perhaps due to a perpendicular brick wall that perhaps reflects the night vision “light” and makes the video look hazy white, so you can’t really see anything that’s more than a few feet in front of the camera. The sound records pretty well too.

Eufy 2k Video Doorbell was one of the best purchases of this season. Replaced an old Ring doorbell and WOW built in Memory no more monthly fees. Top quality video and very easy to set up. Don't think twice, Eufy is going to take over the market.

I converted over to Eufy from Ring because I was drawn by the battery life and the fact this wire-free doorbell had 2K video. For the price, I have no complaints. The chime and the app work just fine and the battery is fantastic

Wanted to get a video doorbell for a long time, went with this model because I didn't want to pay a monthly fee for online storage etc. Has been really great, no major complaints other than it would be nice to have an adjustable base for the doorbell mount such that you can adjust the angle of the video up down/sideways etc. It does come with shims, but it's still totally fixed once mounted. Battery life is good on the doorbell ... I think i've charged it like 2 or 3 times in the past year. Overall great product ... I'm thinking of adding some exterior cameras to the base station which is a nice option to have.

This unit works great and has good image quality.. Only downside is false notifications from passing cars.. Only does it in the early spring, I think the way the light is passing through the car windows, is allowing the facial recognition to pick up the drivers face.. Easily pairs up with the 2K security cameras and allows you to create scheduling for security warnings as well. Has the ability to create multiple motion zones as well to better tailor what it picks up. Local storage requires manual deletion of recorded events to keep memory free for new events. App allows direct download of capture to your device as well.

Was a little bit of a pain to set up, but it's very good quality and there's no monthly/annual fee like the other doorbells.
Installed myself, took about an hour. Works perfect, had no issues so far.

I researched for awhile. I have other systems, Arlo for outdoor cameras, ISmart for motion sensors indoors and now Eufy doorbell. I purchased a Eufy robo floor cleaner last year, love it, so decided this product would most likely work and the reviews were good.
It does work great. Easy set up, went wired from original doorbell.
The bell rings nice and loud. The Sun faces the camera at some points in the day and if it's really hot day, above 90, sometimes we will get a warning that it's too hot to record. That only lasts a half hour at most. I can block the sun with a screen. It doesn't happen often. The base sits about 12-14 ft from door and behind a wall and still works. I saw all the bad reviews about other doorbells, the app on this one is perfect, very user friendly. Oh I also have Wyze. I like those little cameras inside also.

This is one of the best 2k quality doorbells on the market. There are others that have the same quality or even a little better but the free aspect is amazing! The load time is awesome maybe 3-5 seconds before your watching live feed and about 5 seconds max before you receive the alert. The arlo takes longer and the audio is amazing on this Eufy! Try it out you won't return it. Love this product. Even as I'm writing this review a census representative walked up my driveway and I was alerted before she got to my step and spoke to her through the doorbell. I'm the type of person who tries multiple brands before making a final decision. This is it!

I did so much research on all the video doorbells and this by far is one of the best ones. The picture quality is unbelievable and the sound is not muffled at all. It has about a 2 sec delay but thats it. Love this purchase.

Nice clear video, even at night. Only notifies when it sees a human. Its been about a month and its at 44% I didn't charge it when I received it and I keep the medium power setting.
I'm so glad I picked this one
