Works great. Easy to assemble (straight or angle mount). I'm constantly on the road so my phone pings even when a neighbor is simple walking on our street. Best of all, there's no sub. Just buy and mount and the quality is great night or day.

Gotta say, more than impressed. After exactly 2 months of use, I still have over 70% battery life. I do use optimum battery life settings so that definitely helps. Not a lot of doorbell ringing done at my house but glad the battery holds up. The camera, the ringing sounds, the indoor chime, the voice clarity and setup with Alexa as additional ringers throughout my house have worked as described. The sun light can be a bit harsh at times but only from looking at a distance away. Sharp video pictures that are clear to see who it is day or night.

Very happy with this purchase. It was easy to install and was working with the app right away. I like that it has local storage as well and the option to not have a monthly subscription plan

This is my second eufy doorbell. I had to replace the first one after it refused to hold a battery charge for more than a week. My location isn't suitable for a wired installation or a solar panel, so I was SOL with just one week's charge capacity. Charging is easy, and for some reason, is much faster using the homebase instead of an outlet That being said, I am very happy with this and my entire Eufy system. The ability to set activity zones is helpful so as to keep down the number of false triggers from plants blowing in the wind. The chime device is included, but I don't need it because using the homebase as the chime is plenty loud enough for me. Video and audio are clear. The only issue with audio, is that there is a slight delay in notification. Unless whoever rings your doorbell waits a bit, they are likely to be gone by the time you receive the notification and try to engage with audio. Overall am very satisfied with this product and the entire eufy line as a whole.

    The Better Alternative.

A bug improvement over my past 2 video door bells. Very good picture quality, faster response, and no monthly fees. The latter being important, as all the others get you for a monthly fee. This door bell saves everything on a micro SD card, and it works better than the cloud. Installation is easy and a tilt bracket is provided. The two piece works well, and fixed an annoying issue with reception that I had with Ring. Also gives you that electronic door bell sound.

Excellent quality. No fees, it stores on device and sends video as needed. Alerts quickly and has great video quality. Having used it for a little over a month now, I can fully day I am satisfied. It does hook up to a built in doorbell and it will run off doorbell power. It also rang the doorbell without issue. Do note that you also must use the remote chime as that acts as a kind of storage and hub for it. I threw it in the basement to expand where I could hear the doorbell going off.

I was originally looking at ring doorbell but when I found out that there was a doorbell that had built in storage and had a 2k resolution as well I thought there must be a catch but as far as I know its just brand recognition but this Doorbell is absolutely worth it. Only flaw so far is it will sometimes mistake moving objects for people and record it.

Overall, a good Smart Doorbell. Does everything you would expect, with the added benefit of it being capable of operating in Wired Mode (where it is connected to your existing doorbell wiring) or Wireless Mode. In wired mode it will be charged continually and in the software you can choose to use your home chime and/or the wireless chime that is included. You can also operate it completely wirelessly and manually charge it as needed. Video quality is very good, response/notification when someone is at the door is more than adequate. I have 2 main complaints but neither are deal-breakers: 1) Wish there were more options to customize the ringtone of the wireless chime - there only about 10 options to choose from. 2) It lacks homekit support - if this device were to get homekit certified it would truly be a must-have for all users of the Apple ecosystem.

I have the ring doorbell didn't like the video quality but the eufy doorbell is much better resolution. I do not like not having the ability to replace the battery but I think it has longer battery life than the ring doorbell. overall I am satisfied also no monthly subscription which is a plus

Still very laggy compared to the 320 cameras… when it works has great picture of faces but has terrible connectivity issues all the time. It is the closest to our router but still has by far the worst connectivity

Great solution when you need wireless option for a video doorbell. Bought this for a single friend who is living alone. You don't have to pay for a service to store videos. It stores dozens of videos on the home base unit that is supplied with the doorbell. It does take sometime to set up the sensitivity, security area you want monitored and other awesome features.

I really like this door bell. Easy installation, easy to use app. I love that I don't need a subscription and has local storage. It seems to be very good at distinguishing between humans and other things that pass by the camera, so I dont get erroneous alerts.

Easy to use, easy to set up. Like the way vids are stored in house and not in the cloud or on the phone itself. Con-Phone has to be removed to be charged when the battery gets low. Although the removal is easier than with a Ring doorcam, the entire camera is nonfunctional while it is charging.
