EVGA is the standard when it comes to power supplies. I bought this model on sale at a good price, and use it for bench testing. Only ever had to return one bad, out of the box power supply, from EVGA

Built a budget gaming pc with this, with i5-6400 & RX 580. Its enough power for the build. EVGA is a reputable brand. This should last a while. But so far so good. It has all the cords I need for my build.

There are better PSU's obviously and I wish I knew it was about to be $20 cheaper a few days after I bought it. It works great for my set up and doesn't make any noise. I would have preferred modular but you get what you pay for and I wasn't super concerned for such a budget build. Works great for what I need.

purchased a more expensive evga unit that went kaput. took 2 months to rma, so i needed this unit to hold me over. It looks good is quiet, and the cables are black.

Well constructed. cable runs are a good length for permenantly attached cables. runs my streaming pc with a GTX Titan x with no issues at full power.

this psu runs my system quite nicely and at a very low volume. if you do care about aesthetics i would hold out and pick up a modular power supply.

This is an excellent PSU for the price. Well made unit and all black cables which is a huge plus. Can’t go wrong for a 450w power supply.

Amazing value and powered my system perfectly. The system is a 5 9400f and a 1060 gb. Would buy again for a budget build for sure.

I'll be honest, the main reason I bought this power supply was I started upgrading a PC and after replacing the case with tinted windows, the older power supply with it's metallic gray color stuck out like a sore thumb, so getting one that didn't clash ended up being the reason. Seems like a good quality power supply for a PC that's mostly for internet, home office and a bit of gaming now and then. If you're not building a top-of-the-line gaming PC, with 450 watts or so, this one should do the job fine.
