Evil Dead 2 Dead By Dawn the movie that made Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell) an antihero icon..! This is a must own for everyone who loves horror , superhero , action , sci-fi and fantasy film fans everywhere..! The Ash character is the hero for the everyday middle age , lower middle class retail blue collar workers everywhere and it represents true America..! To say I recommend this great 4K Ultra Blu-Ray is an understatement..!..!..!..!

Great movie one of my favorites, definitely a must watch

The Evil Dead series is one of my absolute favorites and Evil Dead 2 is the most perfect combination of fun and frightening the series has to offer. If you haven’t experienced the film or it’s been awhile, this UHD presentation is the best way to go. The color and detail are amazing and it is the best I’ve ever seen this film presented. I have a standard soundbar so I can’t comment on the soundtrack but it was fantastic from my system.

The Evil dead II,is a movie from the old fashion,is the second part of the evil dead, I was so young when I watched this movie for the first time,and after to many years later I got it again , the movies of horror from the 80`s,are for me,much much better than the new ones,if you want to feel a little afraid just put the movie and turn the lights off and you`ll see...!!

Purchased this as a Christmas present for my husband who is a huge Evil Dead fan. I was really excited about getting it at such a great price. I have not put the disc in to be able to comment on the quality of picture though.

Thought the original Blu-Ray was the best it was gonna look, but this 4K upgrade surpasses previous releases. Plus, you get a near one hour retrospective documentary on the film itself, which is only avilable on the UHD disc. Highly recommended.

1987's Evil Dead 2 is a legendary horror movie that both fans and non-fans of the genre will love. While the movie does have plenty of scary creatures, by the far the highlight of the film is Bruce Campbell as Ash, who makes for a funny but tough as nails hero.

Horror movie with a touch of comedic elements. Visual quality is very good, although potential consumers need to consider that the film was made on a modest budget during the 1980s so it will only look so good. Decent amount of extras are found on the disc. Overall I recommend the movie.

Thought the 4K disc was defective but it's got a glitch. It plays if you wait till horizontal bar appears on screen and you press Enter on remote.

As a huge fan of the ENTIRE Evil Dead Universe getting this 4K UPRADE was a NO BRAINER and man THIS MOVIE LOOKS AND SOUNDS AMAZING IN 4K! What are you waiting for? BUY THIS!

Entertaining movie great story, great camera work, and it also has Bruce Campbell (The Chin himself, Mr. B-Movie God) great special Effects.

Mostly a remake of the first Evil Dead, it is amazing for it's suspense and tension building moments. Bruce Campbell is amazing in this movie.

Once I saw this in the store, I had to grab it. Now that the new series has started airing, it's great to go back and watch the classics. Bruce Campbell is AMAZING.
