Surprisingly, the plot-line to this film is very good. Lots of 1990’s military equipment is used to include a modern aircraft carrier and a flight of F-14’s. A full size 747 mockup was also used adding realism and creditability to this over-the-top-saga. The films casting was superb and the entire cast was on-point. The audience has a very high sense of reality and there is enough ever-present tension to keep them in their seat for the duration of the view of this cracker-jack moving picture.

Had this on VHS and it's a decent 90's action movie. The Blu-ray transfer looks decent. I wouldn't have mind a couple bonus features though.

F117A with room for passengers A good movie although fantasy that a F117A can carry passengers. Good audio and video quality but outside flying shots had orange color casts. The movie comes in at just over 2 hours. Steven Seagal has a bit part although listed second in the credits and it never hurts to have Halle Berry to look at. I believe they used him to help sell the movie. The only extra is a 2:20 trailer of the movie, so this is a bare bones edition and that brought down the overall rating for me.

I remember when this movie first came out... It was an interesting idea to see stealth fighters used in a rescue and Kurt Russell play the role of an unwitting hero. It made you feel like, "Hey, if I were in that situation, I'd be totally lost, too, until I found my groove..." If you're looking for a movie with super-believable credulity, this ain't it, but it's still a great watch.

Love this Kurt Russell classic. Blu ray transfer is sharp and sound is dolby digital 5.1. This is a definite popcorn action thriller with terrorists and an unlikely covert ops crew that must stop them. Kurt Russell actually flies a small plane in the movie as he's a licensed pilot. It's got definite repeat viewing value.

This is your typical Hijack movie, very good acting., Kurt Russell< the lovely Halley Barry, Has several plot lines from disarming a bomb to landing a damaged jet. It shows not all hero's are in uniform.

I have always enjoyed this movie. Great acting & plot, lots of action and suspense, one of Kurt Russell's best movies. When i played this movie on my bluray player, i was surprised of how sharp and detailed the picture quality is as well as the sound. My only problem with this bluray version is that Warner Bros. edited this film.

this movie have a good pace to it not to fast and not to slow, only thing I did not like was that they kill off one of the favorite character early in the movie.

Sure its no Die Hard 1 (is anything) but it's as good as Air Force One! In other words, but it if you like action movies!

I enjoy all the characters in this movie from the 90's, has a good amount of action for a old school flick.

Steven Segal, Kurt Russell, Hijacked Plane with a bomb... what more do you need but popcorn?

Good action 90's action flick, but plot kills off the biggest star of the movie in the first 30 minutes.
