They were great at keeping us updated on a delivery time. Showed up on time and were professional on the delivery and installation of our new washer and dryer.

BEST BUY delivery service is the BEST! My original delivery appointment was scheduled for two weeks ago, but unfortunately the tornado that went thru our area the night before took down many huge pines and we were without power. The delivery team arrived on time but were unable to communicate with us because our phones were dead! When I was finally able to call them, they were so understanding and kind. Delivery was rescheduled and, as always they texted me with an ETA. Patrick was so careful and considerate when bring our new TV into our home. He was just a very nice, pleasant guy! Thanks Best Buy, for having such great people on your team!
