From the sales person to the delivery guys. Never any pressure to buy something other than what i wanted, the delivery went smoothly as did the relocation of the older appliance. Future purchases will be made at this best buy without a doubt!

GREAT DELIVERY SERVICE AND TEAM

My original delivery appointment was scheduled for two weeks ago, but unfortunately the tornado that went thru our area the night before took down many huge pines and we were without power. The delivery team arrived on time but were unable to communicate with us because our phones were dead! When I was finally able to call them, they were so understanding and kind. Delivery was rescheduled and, as always they texted me with an ETA. Patrick was so careful and considerate when bring our new TV into our home. He was just a very nice, pleasant guy! Thanks Best Buy, for having such great people on your team!

Moving into a remodeled house and up-Grading to Samsung 65" OLED ... WOW , Glad I made the UP-GRADE ... Delivery of freezer

And 25 minutes before arrival the delivery guys called and let me know. Upon arrival I showed them where the freezer was to go on my back porch and they brought it in, plugged it in and put the freezer in place. The delivery guys were quick and efficient.
