Without purchasing the warranty for this TV I would have had to purchase a new one, it literally saved my bacon. I would truly recommend buying an extended warranty on most electronics that would be high-end in your budget category. Purchased and extended warranty on the TV the warranty allowed me to get also

If this is for the crews that have delivered, so far both crews have been polite and hard working. Setting up the appointments and issues I have had with Best Buy in scheduling however I am a little frustrated with. I was suppose to get a stove delivered on Feb 10th, it wont be here now until the 20th.

The delivery men were right on time. They had 3 items and had them placed where I requested them. Extremely polite, very efficient. We had recently painted and they were very careful with the walls! Great crew.

This is the third LG TV I purchased in the last 15 years and they do an excellent job color options. All the things that you need from a TV to connect all your devices. It’s just a great device.

I have had 3 major appliances delivered and installed by Best Buy. Highly recommend their technicians . Best Buy makes lots of contact by phone or email through the whole buying to set up experience.

We live almost in the middle of nowhere, but Best Buy is the best for working with us and delivering! Especially because we both have such busy schedules, delivery makes everything so much easier!

The guys did a good job. They showed up on time, we’re polite and quick. The install and haul away went smoothly.

We ordered a new GE oven, and while the oven is fine, the delivery people scratched our newly painted doors, and the trim at the bottom of the door was split. We had to have the painter return and repaint our doors.
