Dents and scratches. Oh My!

Delivery drivers arrived close to 1pm after calling at 630 am stating they would be here by 730 am on delivery day. They started to measure doorways and said it wasnt possible to get in the house because of its size. As it is pretty wide, but it was really just lack of them not wanting to take the doors off the fridge as it was already assembled. After saying most homes only have 36 inch doorways they looked at me like they weren't doing any work today. My flawless open box fridge was covered in dents, dings and scratches so i refused order. Talked with customer support, dont get open box and expect it to look that way when it arrives. Tried reordering a new model (not open) and they cant do that in transit. 6 days later spent 35 minutes to tell me the same thing and to call back in 24 hours. Nothing resolved, and i am a total tech member.... for now.
