They did a great job setting up and explaining the new TV.

It took over a month to unstall. 4 missed appointments without contact and then falsified install dates. Lastly, the installers were inexperienced and couldnt get my sub to funtion. I had to complete the install myself. Lastly, I had paid for a mount which was not delivered. Overall, i spent at least 8 hours on the phone due to the lack of communication. I was given 3 different case numbers and each time told someone from leadership would contact me. 0 contacts. I've paid for a mount and install that i did not receive and apparently have no way to get a refund. This was absolutely the worst customer experience ever. If anyone reads this from Best Buy, please contact me to make this right.

Always great service when delivering appliances. I have had multiple appliances delivered from this store and they have always delivered on the expected date and always early in the window I’m given.

They were punctual and pleasant. The system is a little difficult to navigate. They give you a 6 hour window and you don't know until the day before. I got two different texts with two different times!

First washer didn’t fill all the way like it was supposed to Best Buy gave me a replacement and works perfectly

These guys are simply the best. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Fast and left our house clean too. Didn’t leave until I understood all I needed to know. Wall mount two TVs, kits to hide all wires in the wall on both and connect and program TVs and sound system.

Team did good to get things setup but fridge was not delivered to proper location on time so had two days install instead of the intended one day (ordered months ahead of installation). Not a big deal. Could have setup microwave installation prior to range installation as it would have made the most sense for the installers and the mess/floor considerations (moving the range around twice). Overall great value and would do it again. But next time would request more details for the installation having gone through it once now which I feel they should have considered and setup rather than me the customer.

The extended delivery area is very good but the Saginaw store needs to provide their delivery crew with real appliance carts so that the appliances aren't dented during delivery. My new appliances were dented again during delivery and even though the dents aren't as bad as the last time the damage still occurred again.

We wouldn't be without this service! The GEEK guys are so professional, conscientious and helpful. Cal call and get answers or schedule appointment to come to house. Highly recommend!
