Appreciate yall traveling this far to deliver my bundle of joy

10 minutes is what the guys took to get my old fridge out and new one in.

I would of like them to put it in the house but the pandemic that is going on they couldn't put in the house.

They made sure my delivery arrived in top condition.

The agents arrived and were supposed to hook up my new dishwasher. The dishwasher was new as they placed it in the house they scratched the front of my dishwasher. they did not tell me they had scratched it! they should have told me..they did not! I noticed it after they left. Additionally, they assured me my dishwasher was all hooked up and ready to go. they left before the dishwasher finished its first cycle. Had they waited they would have discovered that the dishwasher was not hooked up correctly and would not drain. I now have to wait a month for them to come back and finish the job they should have completed on their first visit. I have always been happy with the geek squad but these two were not up to the job they were given.

called and did follow ups on when they would arrive and set inside the house only ,did not have install on contract. grandkids had a big box to play in

Great guys, everything went smooth except had damaged dishwasher, need replaced or updated. Suppose to get call to schedule. Never recieved call.

Technicians were very professional and thorough in installing the refrigerator. Attended to detail very well and answered all my questions completely

The deliver crew was awesome. Were very patient explaning how to operate this new tv.

Driver notified us on several calls when his arrive time would be. Very courteous and careful unloading the truck into our garage.

Everything was set up quickly and efficiently. The contractor went out of his way to make sure we knew how the TV worked.

We are 60 miles from our best buy store. They came out no problem. Removed old and set up new. We're great guys.

We enjoyed having our product delivered to our front door by two nice people, for no charge.

This is just a no brainer! With such a larger purchase of a TV and sound bar it's a must have. Just piece of mind.
