I appreciate the "free" in kitchen delivery & hook up with the purchase of a $30 water hose kit

They couldn’t deliver our fridge because there wasn’t a service tech in the area to “install” it. Aka slide it into place. Had to pick it up ourselves and then carry it up our stairs. Which wasn’t bad, but inconvenient when we had been told it could be delivered. Spent a few hours on calls with customer service to figure out why it wasn’t allowing us to pick/schedule a delivery time. Went I went to pick up the refrigerator, the box was half torn apart and it wasn’t until we got it home and fully unboxed that we say dents and scuffs on it.

Did not arrive on original schedule date. Claimed it was due to equipment breakdown - agent got a little nasty with me when I shared frustration due to . Dented the frigerator when bringing it into home. Said they would arrange for a replacement door, but did not follow-up at all. I had to contact BestBuy a week later to find out they had not reported anything. BestBuy did take care of it promptly after my reaching out, that is why I give 3 stars

We did have some initial issues scheduling the installation but everyone was very helpful and the manager of our local store made sure we were taken care of. It was frustrating at first but in the end, we were very happy.

My many deliveries have been free and on time, I knew when and where my deliveries were via email and phone calls. This system works! 8-10 major appliances and everyone of them perfect. No damage to boxes or items ever, placed where I needed them. 10 stars for Best Buy Delivery Co!

Delivery men were nice and professional. Was over 50 miles away. Great pricing for the delivery.

Other large appliance stores wouldn’t deliver to my area. They could give me a list of people who would deliver to my driveway but not into the house. I appreciate that Best Buy goes the extra mile.

Delivered as requested. But due to not having the information needed. The dryer was delivered- day late which screwed up the installation or the washer

I needed a new TV for my vacation home which was outside of my Best Buy's delivery area. The setup and installation was performed by a contractor and the service was excellent. The guys were on time, friendly and efficient.

Delighted that we were able to arrange for delivery of our new TV by the Geek Squad along with installation even though we're some distance from the nearest Best Buy store.

Love this option. Used the service to get delivery at our cabin.
