Overall very happy with the camera. A few things that I would have done differently but for the price you cant beat it. I have not tried the sd card recording but the 30 day trial of the cloud services works very well. The only downfall of that is the cloud subscription is per camera instead of per account. We have 4 of these and that cost can add up. I would still recommend to anyone needing a basic camera with motion sensor notification and live app view.

I'm very impressed at how easy this was to set up. It was fast & simple. Starts trying to connect when you plug in. I think the price is great. The picture & sound work well. Only giving 4 stars, because I have other cameras in my home for the outside & the clarity is much better when you look up close. They are still very clear, but if you want to see an image across the room once you draw up closer it will get a bit grainy. Great price & camera!

Good for beginners, indoor and outdoor good quality

I bought 2 of these camera. 1st i cant connect it to a wifi. Had to call customer service of ezviz. Then i had to call att support. Then finally it work. All you have to do was change the wifi settings instead of using 802.11bg 2.4ghz. Change it to 802.11b/g/n . Then save it. And connect the camera to wifi and it will work. Im very satisfied. Its so clear and you have a choice to put the mic on so you can hear people talking. P.s for all the bad reviews try calling your carrier or if u know how to change the wifi settings then do so. Cos this camera rock!

I rescued a very shy cat a few months ago, and she just WILL NOT let me see her. She hides under the bed, so I had to get creative. Baby cam?? NO. I went for something a little more technical. I caught this cam on sale and it arrived in no time. Setup was about five minutes and I was watching the room on my phone. Put down some food, walked away, waited... In 5 minutes, I saw my cat for the first time in weeks!! Magnetic base allows me to mount in on a chair in the room. Cat doesn't even care that it's in the room. It's not the sharpest resolution, but it's pretty good. Night vision is actually pretty good too. Two-way integrated audio is a very nice feature. If this model in this current package came in a 1080p version, it would be even better. After a few weeks I've noticed that the feed gets interrupted once in a while. I'll do so more testing though, because the drops could be from my network/router. I'm able to watch the stream on my PC as well using the EZVIZ website. Account setup was straight forward. I have NOT enabled the cloud trial, bu it still allows a live stream through your internet connection without recording. So if you have an onboard memory card, you can probably get away with that route if you only plan on checking once in a while. I'm likely going to get another once the cat gets brave enough to venture out of the root.

This is a nice little fixed camera with an SD slot that allows easy control and playback from inside and outside your network. I have 4 cameras that operate similarly and needed a fixed camera for the front of the house that had a wider angle, which this does. I have barely started adjusting the motion detection settings, but it is recording when movement is detected. I will just fine tune to eliminate smaller outdoor movement from trees etc.

I purchased this to keep an eye on my dad and his nursing staff. Excellent, just Excellent It requires a cloud service, but I purchased an SD and it plays back and records for 30 days or depending on your settings. The picture is exquisite The picture quality PRICELESS day and night vision

Very easy to get connected to phone. I have it set it up in laundry room, where my dogs are during the day when we are away. I can check in and see how they are doing at any time. I choose to mute the sound so as to not spook them. Also, when dark, you can still see what is going on.

Bought this camera online on Thanksgiving Day. On sale for $30, regular price was $79.99. Easy setup. At that price it was worth trying. Follow the directions and don't try to make it hard. Good clear picture. Put a micro SD card in it and don't really need the cloud storage.

I love this mini surveillance camera. I've had larger more extensive cameras that weren't as cheap nor easy to operate. Very nice, good price, works well. I am out of town and have no problem viewing and operating it. I will get at least one more.

A little complicated to setup. Is does not indicate anywhere that it only works with wireless 2.4 or less. It does not project the camera view all the time even if you want to. At night the reflection of the glass window will not allow you to see anything other than the own camera reflection. Returned for a system that does not use Wi-Fi.

Wish it had a few simple features but works great for the price. Just wanted simple camera to put in key place while away as it seems the home alarm goes off only when we are away and now I can check to see if it is real or not. Connects quick from outside house and very clear to see video on my android phone.

Bought this for my daughter so she can keep an eye on her elderly dog when she's away. It works great, very easy to set up and takes great pictures.

I have had mine outside near my front door to monitor my driveway even though it is an inside camera. Been out there since December of last year and no problems. It does go off frequently with bugs at night time but I just turn the notifications off when I don't want to be bothered. I paid the $5.99 a month for 30 days of storage so I can go back and look at the video or if my dogs start barking I can bring up the live view in the app.

Second of this i get, easy to set up and good price. You'll be surprised of the quality on the video and audio. I highly recommend this camera, get a memory card so you don't have to pay the cloud service

I got these cameras to check on my home when I have to be outside or away on errands. I got two and they do everything I had hoped for. They were reasonably easy to set up and link to my Iphone. I'm a senior and not terribly tech-savvy but i got it and they work.

The first few times attempting to connect the camera to wifi was complicated even after following the directions. When it's finally connected, online and working its a great camera. After a storm came through, everything reseted it seems and it is no longer connecting. Tried reseting it, troubleshooting, etc and nothing. It won't connect. It keeps telling me to check my wifi credentials even though nothings changed!! This is the most frustrating device I've ever dealt with.

Easy set up. Load sound when active if you have alerts set on.

This camera was inexpensive compared to the other indoor wireless cameras and the lag time is much less. It is very easy to use and the app was no problem to download to both my tablet and my phone. I did have trouble at first retrieving stored images from the cloud after I set the account up. It took a little more time than it should have for the system to recognize that I had the account which was very aggravating but eventually straightened out. Responding to alarms in real time was not problem from the get go though. I ordered more to add to my coverage.

I like the cans but they sometimes randomly disconnects. Other than that the sound quality is good. The two way voice is good. The alerts happen too frequently with constant movements.
