Great camera, clear Pic, like motion tracker. Unfortunately, I had to return because I was getting 60 false alerts per day. It seems as if the camera is triggered by motion or sound. So every time my ac went on, the sound triggers the camera to send me an alert. I changed the sensitivity option to less sensitive, but was still alerted constantly, it's a shame there is no option to select only motion alerts or to select detection zones. Otherwise this camera would be a keeper.

Not works well! The app no works with the camera. Is very difficult install the camera with the WiFi .

This camera works as described. At first I couldn’t get it to connect to the WiFi. Tried several times. Called customer support and was connected in no time. My advice is that if you are unable to connect the first time, delete the camera and start all over. If you get an error message when you try to delete, just tell it again to delete until it works. After about 3 fries, it deleted my camera and then it connected right away. I’ve had no problems so far with the camera going offline. Pan/tilt feature is very nice. I decreased sensitivity and I’m pleased with the motion alerts. I have no complaints with this. After liking this camera, I bought 2 outdoor EZVIZ cameras. I am pleased with them too but miss the pan tilt like on this camera.
