I saw this over 25 (!) years ago at the theatre, and STILL recalled scenes from this gem. Seeing this DVD recently reminded me WHY it stayed lodged in grey matter all these years. Very relatable material, and as effective today as it was when made. Earthy, unsettling, AWESOME.............. If you've not seen this, put it on your "to do" list, you'll be glad you did.

Great psychological action film. Michael Douglas plays a good psychopath.

There's been something compelling about this movie to me for many years. It's a tragic glimpse into a slightly disturbed and broken man's descent when pushed too far and how his life intersects with others in a bleak 1990s Los Angeles landscape. Michael Douglas turns in a great performance, as does Robert Duvall.

My first time watching. Very good movie. The store and burger restaurant scene were hilarious.

What a great film and blu-ray. Still holds up and pertains to today's current situations.

I watched this movie in the early 90s and really like it. It just has so many situations people can relate to in their normal lives from traffic to Whammy burger. Seems hard to find in stock though. It took me a few times looking this up to buy it.

Most people drive to their jobs. The commute times in cities can vary a lot. East, west, north, or south, everybody has been caught up in traffic at some point going to work. The main character in this movie has had enough. When he gets tied up in traffic he gets frustrated and exits his car and begins walking. Now his journey begins. I'm not going to spoil it for you. I can not recall a movie similar to this one. There are people that would give this movie just 3 stars, but I am giving it 4 stars. I really enjoyed the movie.

 The way I figured out about this movie was I watch YouTube shorts and I was like wow I really wanna watch it and only place I could buy it was a Best Buy

Michael Douglas nails the part! Playing a man whose life has -- drop by drop -- been taken away from him while he was "playing by the rules". He didn't see it coming at all .... now he is the caricature of a man who has been left behind by "progress" and misses the "good old days" (so to speak). An interesting and timely take on Americana. Even now its narrative has relevance and holds up.

I loved this movie based on true stroy of William Foster’s, portrayed by Michael Douglas. The story of a man who gets frustrated in downtown hot jammed pack In the city of LA. He enountered a gang people, one ruthless golfer, and a restaurant manager.

This is a great movie at a great price. The shipping took no time at all and Best Buy was the cheapest and fastest place to get it. It is a great movie and great quality.

My absolutely favorite movie,this is a must see,Michael Douglas does an incredible job in this movie,a man that gets pushed to the edge.

Great under the radar film about a man spiraling out of control when luck is not on his side. The HD is not great but better than the DVD and the soundtrack is decent. Your buying this film for the quality of the film and not the visuals / sound.
