What you couldn't get out of Oblivion

Overall great game. It's Oblivion-like gameplay will keep gamers coming back for more. You get to choose what kind of weapons and skills you want to specialize in, and there are numerous dialog options. One piece of advice, don't try to fit into tight spaces, as you might get stuck and have to restart at your last save. If you are interested in RPG/Adventure games in Post-Apocalyptic Washington D.C., I would buy this one.

For RPG fans or Oblivion lovers out there this game is amazing. The Vats weapons system really works well when approaching enemies. It will save you from getting killed in lots of areas if you learn how to use it properly. This game has great graphics, awesome story and it's a huge world to explore. What more can you ask for in a RPG.

Favorite game for the Xbox 360!!

My best friend bought me the Xbox 360 Elite for my birthday, and he also bought me this game with a few add-ons to go with it :) This game is amazing to me. I first played it on the PS3, but the Xbox 360 is honestly an overall better gaming system. The gameplay is very fun, and it's fun getting achievements to raise your gamerscore on the Xbox 360. I beat the game, and it's a good feeling once you beat it :) If you feel the game is too hard, you can always change the difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the more experience you'll gain from killing people and creatures. If you ever get bored of the storymode, you can play one of the add-ons. If you have not bought Fallout 3 yet, I highly recommend you buy the "Game Of The Year Edition" because it comes with all the add-ons for the game. Hope this helped :)

this game really wowed me. it was my addiction for about 5months straight of just going home after work and playing all night. when you start out you are being born into vault 101. then you learn how to walk as an infant and grow in age. the main story line was actually quite good the only bad part about it was, if you run through the main story line you could beat it in a day or two. but if you go and explore through the wastes, collect your bobble heads, fight super mutants and ghouls and complete the mini missions then it is over 150 hours of game play easily. ive put about 90 hours into that game and i still havnt found every location yet and i still have to download the downloadable content. i play operation ancourage and it was amazing defintly worth 800 xbox points and the other two dlc's are supposed to add another 60 hours of game play if you liked the way oblivian was set up then you will love this game. you can still choose to be good or evil and choose to nuke a city or save it. but honestly it pays off way more if your good.

In my few hours spent on this game, i have realize that this is perhaps the greatest open rpg a human being can purchase. The story is superb, the graphics are beautiful although some textures look like playstation 1 graphics, overall this game is legit, beautiful, and fantastic, a must buy.

Great game, amazing graphics and hours of gameplay. Great/creative guns, good(cynical) story line, and literally millions of interactable objects that will effect the out come of the game. The only bad thing is that it's a little to big, but with no multiplayer I guess you can expect that.

This is a great game. I would know because I know a ton about video games and how they should be delivered. This game delivers all that you would expect and more, with its strong story and gameplay. VATS blew my mind. The humor in such a grim tale adds to the overall experience.

This game is amazing. The graphics are great for the huge maps they created. The concept is awesome. The story is a great length and very fun. The DLCs are probably the best thing about the game, they made 5 whole DLCs that were all great. Cant wait for Fallout:New Vegas

This is the first rpg that I have enjoyed. Usually they are too challenging for me and can get boring. This is not to say, however, that it is an easy game, but it does help you along the way. This is one of the best overall games that I have ever played. There is just enough challenge where it is hard, but not too much where it is impossible for a not very experienced gamer, like myself to have fun. In the tunnels there are always mutants and ghoul, etc. So if you decide to wander and not complete the mission at hand, you can just go around in the sewers and do whatever you want. The graphics are amazing. I would recommend this game to any kind of gamer. Any one can have fun. The only negative to this amazing game is that you do need a few good hours to play and get a single mission done, but it is worth it, because it is such an amazing game

Not sure how someone can play for 5 minutes then give a review. In 5 minutes I doubt he even made it out of the Fallout Vault. Don't expect just a shooter with mutants running at you nonstop. There's way more to this game. Yes there's alot of people & mutants to blow away with cool weapons, sick targeting system, and skills you leveled up to, but the game isn't just that. Its more a Role Playing Adventure with Shooting. You can do what you want as you want. Want to be a Nice, or do you want to be a Post Apocalyptic Bad guy, blowing away everyone in sight and dining on them (yes, you can do that). I've played about 12 hours and I have'nt even scratched the surface of this world. Its HUGE! Most games in my opinion are to short and have little appeal to play again. This is the complete opposite. Game of the Year so far!

Amazing game if you know how it works

This is an amazing game! You start off as a baby, and quickly progress until you are a man/woman. You're character is your choice- good, bad, evil, or rude, everything you do will affect you later in the game. The game is massive, to finish it and do many side-quests or optional things, it may take up to 120 hours. (Don't be discouraged, you can finish in 20 if you rush). For people who complain that there is nothing to do, YOU HAVE TO FIND CITIES WHERE YOU GET QUESTS!!! The challenge level is perfect, and the looks of the wasteland are amazing. The only thing that is not perfect is the character animations, which sometimes look stiff and, well, animated. This is not a FPS, this is a massive, modern, action-packed RPG. IF you have ever liked a RPG or FPS, you will fall in love with this game after an hour.

Best Game to hit the Xbox!

Fallout 3 is by far the best game I have ever played. This game is totally addicting. I have played this game for over 6 months and am still playing the DLC and mopping up missions I have not finished. The world is totally open so you can feel free to explore every town, building and nook and crannie to find all the caps, weapons, stimpaks and other goodies. I literally jumped out of my seat a couple of times when a ghoul popped out unexpectedly. The absolute best part is that while you have a mission to perform you are not required to do it immediately (in most cases) so you can take your time and look around. I did not play any of the previous Fallout games but I can't wait until Fallout: New Vegas comes out. I nearly tackled a fellow tech-head to steal his pip-boy pin! Enjoy!

Listen folks, I have done my research on this incredible game. I have seen secret game play a many other details that help unravel this games hidden potential. I will defiantly purchase this game. This game provides an amazing customizable character that you portray you're whole life. You are first born into the post nuclear war era in Vault 101. You start out as a baby and you could press different controls to blink, laugh, cry, and even say,"DadDa" as a baby. When you turn 19 you're dad disappears into the mysterious world outside Vault 101. You must search the wasteland in order to find you're dad. This is all I should tell you and if you want more details or game play footage check xbox.com for FALLOUT 3.

Well, Fallout 3 is a good game, I guess, but in my opinion, it didn't live up to the hype surrounding it. When you first start the game, its a remarkable experience. The graphics are incredible, the voice-acting is flawless, and the battles are fun. However, after a while... it all kind of fades away. If you're playing on very easy, its so easy it's not funny. So, you turn up the difficulty to Normal, and its like trying to sprint through a minefield; not easy, not fun.

This game is a phenomenal RPG/shooter. I rented this game from gamefly before I bought it, and in one weekend I spent about 15 hours playing it. I coulnd't get myself to put down my controller. I had a blast exploring the map and fighting the random people and picking up stuff to sell. I also like how you can add perks and skills to make your character good at certain things (and there are so many choices). You are also able to make unique weapons, meet lots of people, and do lots of fun missions. You can do anything, the choice is yours. This is the greatest game of 2008 and it needs to be a part of your game collection.

Fallout 3 is easily one of the best games every created. Bethesda knows how to create fantastic games. if you love role playing games and shooters then you will love this game since it combines both genres. The post-apocalyptic world of Washington, D.C. is huge and there is a lot to see and explore. The beginning of the game is a little hard since you start off as a low level character but you then work your way up and get to acquire new "armor" and weapons which will help you defeat all the baddies in the wasteland. For $60 this game will provide you with hours and hours of playing time. Great game all around.

    Best RPG I've Ever Played

This is definitely the best RPG/single player game I've ever played. I've beaten it 4 times, including all the DLC, and I'm working on my 5th run-through. I got all my friends to try it, and they all love it. It may be a little confusing at first, but once you get into it, you almost can't stop. And if you need help, you can just buy the guide (which is extremely useful), or go online if you don't have an extra $20 you're willing to spend. So overall, this game is well worth it, and the game of the year edition comes out soon, so you get all the DLC for free if you buy it.

Fallout 3 is a great game set in an open enviroment with a lot of fun gadgets and weapons. The quests in the game are divers with many ways to complete them. Creating a character to suit your gameing style is pretty easy and give the game a lot of extra life. The weapons are fun to play with. From the sniper rifle to the mini nukes, the weapons are very fun. The V.A.T.S. is a great feature that , basically, stop time and lets you shoot spesific body parts on a target based how many action points you have. It makes combat a bit more interesting than point and shoot.
