This is the most immersive game I've played in forever it seems, and definitely the best game I've played this year. I wasn't a big fan of Oblivion, but this definitely restored my faith in Bethesda. If you're looking for a game to get lost in, this is AWESOME. The amount of depth and scale, I've never seen done so well on a console. I'm still not done, 60 hours played so far!

well fallout 3 to me is just plain out awesome at first i wasnt so sure cause it starts off slow but once you get the hang of it its a great game. now i know walking all the time sucks but once you get far enough there is fast travel where you just click on a location on your map and it will take you to it. but besides a few problems its a great game

Great game. Because it is more of a role playing game than an first person shooter, the game starts off a little slow. So FPS fans should not expect a run and gun experience.

Fallout 3 is simply awesome. You have an open world futuristic wasteland to explore, tons of cool weapons, and an excellent combat system. Using the VATS targeting system never gets old. Yes, Fallout 3 is similar to Oblivion, but thats a plus in my book. Fallout 3 is also different in many ways. It is it's own game.

This game is one of the best games i have ever played. In this game you can have limitless freedom and always have fun. Wheter you are doing the storyline, side quests or just traveling around you will aways find something that catches you eye and will just make your day a little bit funner

oh my god im sad i got this. first of all the gameplay itself is bad but i walked away from the game when i got stuck in a building. you get trapped because you need skill to pick locks at least in oblivion you could always pick the locks. there is auto aim but it doesnt work. everyone looks the same and i hate the things the bad guys say what were the writters thinking were they trying to be funny or are they just dummies. the graphics are so bad its funny. why is it so hard to stay alive do they think its fun to die. i got stuck in the chryslus building (dumb name they should have called it chryses like crisis) and i was on actually a pretty high level. i dont know why i played this for as long as i did. if you dont auto aim and just fight enemies regularly it looks even worse. every living thing there can take many bullets to the head and still function perfecly. you can make it third person view but it looks so bad when you walk and even more annoying if your legs are crippled. thats right you can become crippled again is this supposed to make it fun? if your "head gets crippled" the screen is distorted and you cannot see until you apply a stimpack directly to the forehead i imagine. it says sleeping makes it better but that is a plain lie. the main reason i got this was because of the setting how it was 50s and like wasteland around you but get this the game is set in 2277. they do not explain why everything looks old. i thought wasteland would be creepy and exciting but its boring and depressing. you have karma for chrissake. karma doesnt mean anything. karma isnt real. you can only do certain things if you have good or bad karma. there are invisible walls that dont let you go to certain areas. i guess i could name a FEW good things about this piece of rubbish. actually not really. DONT GET THISSSSSSSSSSSSS

Its a great interactive game for gamers new and old. A every wide verity of chooses. I have played RPGs before but took the cake it's first RPG I have played with guns(I'm a big guns fan, I like gun games). That makes it so much better for some one like me. I highly recommend this game.

I personally wasn't a fan of Fallout 3. I got the game and was really excited to play it after all of the hype and knowing that it was a role-playing FPS. The role-playing part was done perfectly. Awesome customization and skillsets make the game your own. Don't want to use small guns? Specialize in the big mamba jambas! I loved that about the game. That was about it though. The graphics were okay, but I wasn't blown away or anything. The FPS was... lacking. I liked the auto lock-on feature, but it felt like the FPS was just thrown into what should've been a nicely polished RPG. It's worth checking out, but I'd say rent it instead of buy it.

Oblivion is a great game but I don't think they should have stuck so close to the same formula. Don't get me wrong the game is cool and will have many hours of game play but its like playing oblivion with futuristic weapons and different clothing. The game play is so close to oblivion that for a shooter I personally do not feel it does the game any good. What is cool is that you can choose between first and third person views. In first person view thee shooter aspect of the game actually gets alot better. In short I like the game but it could have been better, allot better. I do not regret buying the game and will play it to the end.

I purchased this for my nephew for Christmas. I had purchased it somewhere else a few days before but Best Buy offered it for half the price and they shipped it extremely fast. He was so happy to receive it and I guess cannot stop playing it.

I've had this game for more than a week and I'm just in love with it and can't stop playing. You may have to buy some DLC to continue playing, but it well worth it all the way. THREE THUMBS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Is my first RPG for 360 and I enjoyed playing it. It had perfect cinematic feel to it. Considering it is the past, but future you have gotta love playing with that Icon located in your Pip-boy 3000

Well im not sure what to get, either fallout 3 or prototype. they both look like great games, but idk which one is better. so just post a review saying which one you think is will be a better game.

Fallout 3 takes everything that was great about the Elder Scrolls games and updates them to a semi futuristic fps game. All the classic rpg elements are here as well as some fast paced shooting.
