Good service, missing product

The codes required to install the game and the DLC were missing from the box. The documentation included in the box was from the Pip-Boy collector’s edition, which seemed wrong. I’m not sure if it was a packaging error or internal theft. I received a full refund without any difficulties.

FAIL!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this disk because I wanted a "hard copy" of the game. The game is 25 GB this disk is 5GB. The game isn't on this disk. You still have to download it from Steam. Even that failed, because this copy was removed from the "PIP Boy Collectors Edition" and sold separately. So, it didn't even have the necessary download code. I ended up just bypassing the "middleman", going straight to Steam and getting "Fallout 4 GOTY" !!!AND!!! "Skyrim Special Edition" for just $5 more than this disk.

Do Not Buy!

We ended up getting 3 different copies and they were all missing the produce code he needed to be able to download it onto his computer! The manufacturer said they all leave the factory with one so it is the retailer who is removing the code. That would be Best Buy!!

Missing Activation Codes
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon opening the game disc case, instead of finding an activation code or codes, I found a manual for the physical collector's edition plastic pipboy thing that you stick your phone in (i.e. the item that came with the launch CE edition). I have no way to activate this product without codes. Sadly this will need to be returned. Even though I'd rather play on a graphically/performance superior system, now I wish I had just got the XBOne version so I didn't have to deal with this screw up.
