The game has it's issues sure. This review comes about a month after release and approximately 65+ hours of game play. Yes this game has a lot of bugs and glitches but it has improved a lot since release. There's a lot of content to play through and can be great fun when playing with friends or solo. For a first MP Fallout game it is not all that bad. If you're into Fallout and have a group of friends to play with it's worth a try.

this is a good fallout game but because of the early glitches and bugs and problems with servers being playable it could have been better. hopefully with upcoming patches it will get better.

This is my least favorite Fallout game and that includes Fallout 1 and 2 on the PC. The game does have a few things going for it such as the graphics, a nice variety of enemies and a large map. The bad overshadows the good which includes virtually no story, server crashes, glitchy quests and a lack of weapon and armor variety to name a few.

Not a bad game except for some glitches here and there. The storyline is good as are graphics & audio. Believe with a big patch in fall game would be a 5.

The pros are that it's Fallout! It looks like Fallout 4, but the feel is a little off. WAAAAYYYYYY too many bugs are still prominent for this to deserve a 4-Star, much less a 5-Star recommendation. If Bethesda pulls their stuff together it may end up being ok at best. I don't think that a 5-star rating or holding a candle to previous versions is possible for this game.

I LOVE the Fallout franchise but this one just seemed a bit rushed. Theres not much of a story line. No NPCs in the game so it weird but cool that you can play with other players. Theres so many quests that start randomly that you end up with 50 at one time. Also the enemies are ranked so if you have to go to a place with high level powered enemies...you're pretty much screwed if you aren't that high of a level yet, you'll get murdered in 5 seconds. But again, it's a Fallout game, so die hard fans like me will love it and play it either way.

It is a fun game, nice delve back into the World of Fallout. Could it be a bit faster, be less buggy? Yes, but it's a good game overall.

I had incredibly high hopes for this game. And to be honest, it's fallen incredibly short of those expectations. The games itself is beautiful, but between long load times and everything else, I just wasn't impressed. And DIGGING takes up way too much time. Lots of bugs to fix, but I think it'll only get better from here.

I played this when it was first released with a friend’s copy and it was a buggy boring mess. Back then, I would’ve given this game a 2/5. Almost two year later, I saw it on sale for $6 and thought I’d give it a 2nd chance. Now I can say, it’s much more enjoyable with all the additional content to the game. Still very buggy because of the engine in general, but now there’s at least things to do.

I think they are really struggling with the online, multiplayer platform, but yet I still can’t stop playing it! Not much of a main story, but plenty of missions to keep you going. I recommend if glitches and freezing don’t bother you too much, and you’re a fan of the series.

Fallout 76 is an online multiplayer game. With this being said, it's a quite different playing experience, especially in single player mode, from previous Fallout games. Here are a few of the differences I've noticed in the brief time I've been playing. First off, there are a lot of bugs and glitches, with a number of patches already released and more planned for the future. Also, there are no computer generated 'human' characters to interact with during quests. Building mode is different. I could go on but since I don't have that much time in the game yet, I'll end it here. I gave it 3 stars because the game is still fun in some aspects, but a lot different from the last one, Fallout 4. I'll give it some more time.

Fallout 76's post-apocalyptic world looks promising. But I wouldn't recommend this at full price. Unfortunately, this online game is littered with bugs and glitches. As a patient Fallout fan, I truly believe Bethesda will fix these in future updates and patches but it might take a long time. Until then, I will continue to build my camp and enjoy this game as long as the server will let me before booting me off. If you don't want to follow a storyline and just want to do random quests, stockpile random items, build a house to show off, trade with other online players. Then, you might get some entertainment value out of this game, just don't go in expecting a Fallout 3 or 4, otherwise, you will be greatly disappointed.

I know there has been a lot of controversy and dislike for this game but if you just play it for what it is meant to be & do, you should enjoy it for what it is and if your a previous fallout player I think you will be fine. It's not as bad as stated, it's different but I'm finding fun in it even when I don't have people online to co-op with. Other people for the most part are fair and are not looking to ruin your game.

Very hard to say how I feel about this game I love the new add-ons and all the work became into making them building your own fort playing with your friends all great addon to fall out. But I am very disappointed with the lack of AI that has been present in all fallout games one of the things that fallout makes so special is the storyline entanglements from character to character and the past that you can choose the game tries to do this by recorded memories and quests but most of the time you feel like you're completely alone in the entire world which I understand is what they were trying to do but without online friends the game becomes completely dull I hope they expand on this and start adding AI interactions down the line

While I could just give this game a one star for it's faults (which there are many), I don't feel it's truly deserving of that rating. Let's be real, most Bethesda games have glitches and faults, it's almost part of their charm that they embrace. But where Fallout 76 fails is that it's an online MMO that you can pay in real time or money and the game has had glitches that loose your items and progress. I compare that to taking money to the bank and the bank just loosing that money. So not great. But the enemy encounters, the characters and the environment are all genuinely Fallout and have their charm. So I would recommend trying it out with the recent patches and enhancements, just don't get too involved or buy much (if any) DLC as it may go away.

I've always been a Fallout fan, and when the 76 news came out early last year I was so excited. However, once the game was released there was massive negative reviews. I do understand the point that you need to have Gold in order to play, since it's an online world.. and that can be quite frustrating.. But if you get past that it's a great game and fun addition. I'm glad I tried it out for myself. 3.5/5

I was skeptical but the game won me over. They definitely improved this title as time went on with updates. Sure, there are frustrating aspects like a limited inventory, but the landscape they create and the creatures and people you experience are pure Fallout. If you go into the game with an open mind I bet you'll have fun!
