The kennel was shipped well with no mishandling. It was packed really well and very easy to assemble. I was surprised by the quality of the item for the price. The wood is heavy duty and the design is beautiful! I especially appreciate that the doors open completely flat. In addition, I had a question for customer service (no fault of the item) and was assisted quickly. Customer service was impressive. I'm very happy with this purchase!
