This is my best cartoon series I can watch over and over

When I put the DVD in the player it worked and played Family Guy, I don't know how else to review a dvd.

This has got to be the funniest season out so far. It has some of the coolest episodes which include stewie getting a tan, bill clinton episode, stewie marrying olivia, and a lot of others. Theres only episode i really don't like and thats the episode where brian gets his own talk show. The dingo and the baby theme is so annoying and keeps playing throughout the entire episode. Other than that, this is the best season out so far and can't wait for the sixth volume to come out and same with the new star wars episode of family guy. I highly recommend buying this for any family guy fan.

We all know Family Guy is a great show, and the important thing is, you can watch it whenever you want, and it will always make you laugh. Volume 5 is new, refreshed, revitalized Family Guy material that you may not even be used to. Unsensored swear-words, lude comments, and bloody scenes are some of the things this volume offers that the others didn't. It is a new Family Guy feel, more jokes, more classic quotes, and it will leave you laughing from when the curtain goes up, till the credits start to roll. As I said before, if you like Family Guy, "Volume 5, is an Essential Buy."

I have all of the Family Guy seasons and this one is the best. Not only is it unsensored, but it has the best episodes from the first part of season five on it. Volume five has the best selection of episodes, but if you like classic family guy style, you should either buy volume four or season two. But this box set has the best selection of episodes that kept me laughing all day!!! And they are much better than most other shows seasons too. Buy this box set!!

when i thought about buying family guy.. i wasnt sure if I should or not . then i was at best buy , i dedcided to because ti was such a good price. and the dvd was so worth it.. i woulod relaly recommend this dvd to everyone. it has all episodes form season 5 , and it also includes commentary and behind the scenes featurettes. it has scene selection for eah episodes so thats really nice

If you love to laugh and can stand some sarcastic, at-time tasteless humor, family is for you! :-) it's not as harsh as south park, but has its moments. if you have children, I'd watch the epsisode before your kids do or else you may be getting some questions you don't want to answer at their age (e.g., booz, birds and the bees, the talking baby, etc)

Just like every Family Guy DVD that precedes this one; Season 5 is hilarious. They just keep getting better and better. The jokes are very adult and at times; very childish. But as a fan you come to expect it. That's what makes Family Guy so great cause you dont know whats coming next! 5/5 stars is the only rating I can think of giving Season 5.

I've been a big Family Guy fan for a long time, and this is the first volume I've ever purchased. I love it!! The episodes are hilarious (especially with the swearing). The extra disc of extras is great, but the extras themselves really didn't do it for me. But overall, I love volume 5!!

I recently purchased Family Guy volume 5 on DVD and it is one of the best DVDs I've ever bought. Every single episode is awesome. The only problem I have with volume 5 is that there are only 13 episodes but they are all really funny so it is worth it to buy for fans of the show.

FOX made a good decision to put Family Guy back on the air. The slapstick comedy, one-liners, and gags are as funny as they've always been. I give Seth MacFarlane credit for putting up with a lot of negative criticism from South Park creators and probably some from die-hard Simpsons fans. But at the end of the day they're all driving towards the same goal. Making us laugh as much as they can. Some of my favorite episodes of this season are "Stewie Loves Lois, Saving Private Brian, & Road to Rupert, I'll bet this show continues on for many years. Here's to you Seth! Keep up the great work!

This is the funniest season yet with episodes like when Stewie and Brian get into the miltary, when Stewie fake marries Olivia, Peter is freaked out by his doctor, and so much more. If you're a fan of this series, this is a must have.

Went in to see if I could find the few seasons I needed to complete my collection and was able to find last three I needed to do just that. Great price too and of course, ITS FAMILY GUY! Can't go wrong.

The Family Guy Series/Show is a very funny, insightful comedy which pokes fun at much at our society. It will offend some, but if you have a good sense of humor and find the absurdness of of our general wide-spread & (I believe misplaced) awe of actors,athletes and politicians funny, you will love this show.

What sets "Family Guy" apart is that it has more gags per minute than any other show. No wonder it has surpassed "The Simpsons." Hard to believe Fox Television actually cancelled "Family Guy" not once but twice.

FAMILY GUY IS AWESOME!!! This is just another must have for any family guy fans out there. Buy it! and Watch it!

This volume is hilarious, just like every other volume of family guy. It only has 13 episodes, but who cares. Spend $40 on family guy, don't go buy a season of seinfield or every body loves ramond.
