I had wished I had seen this at the theatre this would had been a great one to see on the big screen. I love the characters and the magic.

I know everyone was going crazy over this movie when it first came out, at first I was skeptical. Ended up watching it and I could see why it was hyped.

This was definitely was worth money! The graphics were amazing and so was the movie. If you love Harry Potter you will most certainly love this movie

I enjoy the characters that have been developed for this series of movies. Having also seen the sequel, I'm curious where they will go to wrap this up. It's a good film, but doesnt have the support of a series of 7 books.

I never really got into the Harry Potter movies. Saw one and that was enough. This movie is Harry Potter for grown ups!! It was a FUN RIDE!!!

I must confess that I was skeptical going in. I enjoyed the Harry Potter franchise immensely, and initially saw this offshoot production as nothing more than a blatant money grab. However, I am pleased to say that I was wrong. This slightly daffy side excursion into the world of all things wizardly is handsomely made and crisply acted. Eddie Redmayne and Colin Farrell are the headliners, and they don't disappoint as Beast curator Newt Scamander and Ministry of Magic cop Percival Graves, respectively. But the secondary performances are just as good and carry the movie along, especially Fine Frenzy as Queenie and Dan Fogler as her erstwhile suitor Jacob. The story involves the usual Magic World v. Muggles World conflicts and conniptions that coursed through the Potter franchise, but the setting has been moved to New York City and the change of location has opened things up for a film that is breezier and lighter in tone than the closing installments of Harry's saga. There are several more films planned in this alternative series. Based on this first one, I will be looking forward to the next chapter.

Had bought the regular Blu-ray version for my daughter who is a huge fan of all thing Wizarding World. The 4K version of this, if you have the TV and a player, is a noticeable upgrade and well worth it!

this movie was way better than I expected. I love fantasy movies and was very surprised with it very good acting and the beasts were great

This is the prequel before Harry Potter and it does not disappoint. Rowling launch of a new story and cast of characters will only grow.

Movie was awesome. Again, the 4k looked as good as it did on my home theatre thanks to the geek squad and my b&w surround sound speakers
